«Անարդար է ձիաուժով հաշվարկել գույքահարկը, Էլեկտրամոբիլներ կան, որոնք էժան են, բայց 500 ձիաուժ ունեն», «Ձին ձի է էլի». քննարկում` կառավարությունում

Ինչպես բոլորս գիտենք գույքահարկի հաշվարկման սկզբունքը հիմնված է  ձիաուժերի վրա, Էլեկտրամոբիլների որոշ տեսակներ կան, որոնք ունեն շատ բարձր ձիաուժեր և մեր քաղաքացիները հաճախ բողոքում են նրանից, որ անհարկի բարձր գույքահարկ են վճարում Էլեկտրամոբիլների հետ կապված: Այս մասին Կառավարության նիստում ասաց Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Հիմա Ֆինանսների նախարարությունն իրականացնում է մի ուսումնասիրություն այս նոր իրողության պայմաններում ավելի արդար հաշվարկման մեխանզիմներ դնելու գույքահարկի սահմանման մեջ:

Կարծում եմ մինչև տարվա վերջ կամփոփենք այս ուսումնասիրությունը և հանդես կգանք նոր առաջարկով, որը ավելի արդար հաշվարկման մեխանիզմներ կկիրառվի այս նոր իրողությունների պայմաններում»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանն էլ կատակեց. «Հիմա էլետրոնային շարժիչով ավտոմեքենաների շարժիչներն էլ է ձիաուժով հաշվարկվում, ներքին լարման շարժիչն էլ է ձիաուժով հաշվարկվում, ձին ձի է էլի»:

Նախարարն արձագանքեց. «Էլեկտրական շարժիչով մեքենաները կարող են ունենալ 400-500 ձիաուժ, բայց գնային սեգմենտով ավելի ցածր են, քան օրինակ վառելիքով աշխատող մեքենաները»:
