Մանկապարտեզների սննդի հետ խնդիր է առաջացել, պետք է ավելի խստացնել հսկողությունը. Ավինյան

2024-ին Երևանի մի քանի մանկապարտեզներում լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել էին խախտումներ, և արդյունքում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի վերահսկողությունը խստացվել էր, նոր պայմաններ էին առաջ քաշվել: Այժմ առաջարկվում է ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կմշակի մանկապարտեզների սննդի մատակարարման ոլորտը կանոնակարգող փաստաթուղթ: Քանի դեռ կանոնակարգը մշակման փուլում է, սննդի մատակարարման գործընթացը մինչև տարեվերջ կլինի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան վարչության՝ 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով վերահսկողության ներքո: Այդ մասին զեկուցվեց, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 7–ին, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ:

Քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն արձագանքեց՝ մանկապարտեզներում երեխաների սննդի որակն ամենազգայուն թեմաներից մեկն է, և որ այդ ուղղությամբ պետք է աշխատել ամենօրյա ռեժիմով:

«Հիմա, իհարկե, մեխանիկորեն որոշակի պրոցեսներ իրականացվում են։ Առաջարկում եմ՝ աշխատանքային խումբ պետք չէ ձևավորել։ Պետք է ունենալ կանոնակարգման փաստաթուղթ: Պետք է հավելյալ հնարավորինս պահանջներ ներդնել մեր տեխբնութագրերում, որոնք, վստահ կլինենք, որ կերաշխավորեն սննդի բարձր որակ»,- ասաց Ավինյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ նոր ստանդարտացումների  պրոցեսներ կան, և որ այդ ստանդարտացումները պետք է ներառված լինեն շրջանառվող փաստաթղթում, իսկ նոր ստանդարտացումների կիրառումն ապահովելու համար դրանք պետք է դարձնել ավագանու, քաղաքապետի որոշում կամ մեկ այլ բան:

Ավինյանը նաև հորդորեց՝ աշխատանքներն այս ուղղությամբ ավելի շուտ սկսել՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ առաջիկայում գնումների վարչությունը պետք է զեկույց ներկայացնի:

«Ցանկալի կլինի, որ արդեն որոշակիորեն նախանշվի, թե ինչ նոր կանոնակարգումներ են լինելու, որպեսզի շուկայում խաղացողներն իմանան՝ ինչ է տեղի ունենում, որ պայմանները խստանում են, վերահսկողությունը խստանում է: Փաստացի, հիմա խստացել է, բայց է՛լ ավելի խիստ կարող է դառնալ: Հետևաբար մեզ պետք է, որ այս ոլորտում մասնակցեն իրապես պատասխանատու և բարեխիղճ՝ մասնավոր ոլորտը ներկայացնող ընկերություններ, որովհետև երեխաների սննդի մատակարարումն ամենազգայուն ուղղություններից մեկն է»,- ասաց Ավինյանը:
