12,5 տոկոսով ավելի շատ հարկային եկամուտներ և տուրքեր, քան 2023-ին․ ՊԵԿ-ի՝ 2024-ի հունվար-սեպտեմբերի հաշվետվությունը

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ 2024թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում հարկային մարմնի կողմից հավաքագրվել են շուրջ 1 տրլն 698.6 մլրդ դրամ եկամուտներ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի ցուցանիշից ավելի է շուրջ 189.1 մլրդ դրամով կամ 12.5%-ով: Մաքսային մարմնի կողմից հավաքագրվել է շուրջ 312 մլրդ դրամ եկամուտ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի ցուցանիշից պակաս է շուրջ 60.8 մլրդ դրամով կամ 16.3%-ով:

Հարկ վճարողներին և ֆիզիկական անձանց պետական բյուջեի եկամուտներից վերադարձվել է շուրջ 243.4 մլրդ դրամ (ցուցանիշում ներառված չէ 49.6 մլրդ դրամ հիփոթեքի վերադարձը, որը չի նվազեցվել եկամտային հարկից), ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի ցուցանիշից պակաս է շուրջ 21.8 մլրդ դրամով կամ 8.2%-ով (2023թ. վերադարձի ցուցանիշում ներառված է 37.5 մլրդ դրամ հիփոթեքի վերադարձը):

Կոմիտեն հայտնում է, որ 2024թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում հարկային և մաքսային մարմինների կողմից ընդհանուր հավաքագրվել է 2 տրլն 10.6 մլրդ դրամ, որից հարկ վճարողներին և ֆիզիկական անձանց վերադարձվել է 243.4 մլրդ դրամ։ Արդյունքում հարկային եկամուտների և պետական տուրքերի գծով փաստացի կատարողականը կազմել է 1 տրլն 767.2 մլրդ դրամ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի ցուցանիշից ավելի է 150.2 մլրդ դրամով կամ 9.3%-ով:

Եթե դիտարկենք 2023 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների կատարողականը՝ 2024 թվականի հաշվարկման տրամաբանությամբ, այն է` վերադարձվող գումարներից չպակասեցնելով հիպոտեկային վարկի գծով եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերադարձը, ապա 2024 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների ապահովված եկամուտներն ավելի կլինեն նախորդ տարվա համադրելի ցուցանիշից 112.7 մլրդ դրամով կամ 6.8%-ով:
