Գյուղում ո՛չ խանութ կա, ո՛չ մանկապարտեզ, ո՛չ դպրոց. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շիրակի մարզի Ջաջուռավան գյուղը թաղված է խնդիրների մեջ: Այստեղ նույնիսկ հողագործությամբ, անասնապահությամբ չեն զբաղվում, քանի որ չունեն սեփական հողային ռեսուրսներ և արոտավայրեր: Գյուղում այս պահին 180 մարդ կա: 15 տարի առաջ Ջաջուռավանը 307 բնակիչ է ունեցել: Ջաջուռավանի բնակիչները գաղթել են Մուշից ու Բասենից: Ամենաշատ բնակիչներն այս գյուղը 1970 թվականին է ունեցել, երբ բնակչության թիվը 422–ի է հասել: Գյուղում մշակվում են միայն տնամերձ հողամասերը, այլ տարածքներ գյուղը չունի, անասնապահությամբ ևս զբաղվել չեն կարող, միայն մի քանի տնտեսություն է, որ անասուններ է պահում: Արոտավայր չունենալու պատճառով անասունները հաճախ հայտնվում են հարևան գյուղերի արոտավայրերում, ինչն էլ առաջացնում է այդ գյուղերի բնակիչների դժգոհությունը: Չկաների շարքն այսքանով չի ավարտվում: Չկա նաև մանկապարտեզ, իսկ դպրոցը նախատեսված է միայն տարրական դասարանների համար: Հենց այս պատճառով է, որ գյուղից վերջին տարիներին մի քանի ընտանիքներ են մեկնել, իսկ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնում են գրեթե բոլոր տնտեսություններից: «Մի մասը երկաթգծում է աշխատում: Մի մասն էլ գոյատևում են բացառապես թոշակ–նպաստով»,– հայտնեց գյուղապետ Աշոտ Գրեյանը:

Ջաջուռավանում նույնիսկ խանութ չկա, գյուղապետը պարզաբանում է` աղքատ գյուղ է, չկա այնպիսի մի ընտանիք, որը կունենա անհրաժեշտ նախնական գումարը` փոքր խանութ բացելու համար, հարևան գյուղերից կամ քաղաքից այստեղ ներդրում անել չեն համարձակվում, գիտեն` սոցիալական վիճակը ծանր է: «Ում կապը քաղաքի հետ շատ ուժեղ է, էնտեղից 10 դրամ էժան իրանց ապրանքն առնում են գալիս: Մարդը գնա վարկ վերցնի բերի խանութ բացի, մեկ է` «տակ» է տալու, մարդիկ «նիսյա» են առևտուր անելու»,– նկատեց Գրեյանը: Տնակում է տեղակայված գյուղապետարանը: Մարզկենտրոնից 16 կմ հյուսիս–արևելք գտնվող գյուղը ևս տրանսպորտից զրկված է: Ջաջուռավանը շուտով այլ գյուղերի հետ կմիավորվի: Գյուղապետ Աշոտ Գրեյանը երկմտում է այս հարցի շուրջ: Մի կողմից փոքր և բազմաթիվ խնդիրների առաջ գյուղի համար խոշորացումը փրկություն կլինի, մյուս կողմից էլ ինքնուրույնությունից կզրկվեն: «Եթե մի բան կարողանում էին անել, դա ինքնուրույն էինք անում, հիմա դրանից էլ կզրկվենք»,– ասաց նա:
