Ինչո՞ւ Փաշինյանն արհամարհեց Բայդենի «հրաժեշտի» ընդունելությունը

ՄԱԿ-ում բազմաթիվ հանդիպումներ ու ելույթներ ունեցած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չմասնակցեց Նյու Յորքում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի կազմակերպած ընդունելությանը, թեև տրամաբանությունը հակառակն էր պահանջում։ Ըստ ընդունված կարգի, ԱՄՆ նախագահն ընդունելության է հրավիրում ՄԱԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարներին, ովքեր մասնակցում են ԳԱ նստաշրջանին:

Այս տարի հարյուրավոր երկրների ղեկավարներ մասնակցել են այս ըդնունելությանը, որը տեղի է ունեցել Մետրոպոլիտեն թանգարանում սեպտեմբերի 25-ին՝ երեկոյան ժամը 18:00: Այդ օրը Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է Էրդողանի հետ, սակայն Էրդողանն ավարտելով բոլոր հանդիպումները մեկնել է ԱՄՆ-ից, չմասնակցելով ընդունելությանը: Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանն էլ չի մասնակցել։

Ամերիկագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանի կարծիքով, այդ ընդունելությանը չմասնակցելն անհարգալից վերաբերմունք էր հեռացող նախագահի հանդեպ: «Մեկա դու գնացող ես» մոտեցումը սխալ էր: «Բայդենին պետք է հանդիպեր, թեկուզ կարճատև զրույց ունենար: Էլ չեմ ասում, թե անձամբ ինչ աննախադեպ աջակցություն է ստացել հեռացող Բայդենի վարչակազմից»:

Հաջորդ կարևոր պահը. «Մեր նախկին դեսպաններն ու նախարարներն էլ կփաստեն, որ հեռացող պաշտոնյաներն իրենց գործընկերներին հարցնում են «I have limited time left in office. What can I do for you?»: Իհարկե, այստեղ ԱՄՆ-ից կարելի է ինչ որ բան խնդրել և ստանալ, ինչպես հաճախ արել են աշխարհի տարբեր առաջնորդներ, այդ թվում մեր նախկին երեք վարչակազմերի ներկայացուցիչները»,- հիշեցրել է ամերիկագետը:

Թե որն է չմասնակցելու պատճառը, հայկական կողմից ողջամիտ բացատրություն չի հնչել։ Եթե ցանկանում էր այդկերպ քծներ ՌԴ-ին, ապա նույն ՄԱԿ-ում ՀԱՊԿ ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպմանը Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը չի մասնակցել։
