«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր քպականներն իրենք են խնդրելու, որ իրավապահները ձերբակալեն ու կալանավորեն իրենց». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն այսպիսի միտք էր արտահայտել. «Մեր երկրի մի շարք ղեկավարներ երանի են տալու Քադաֆիին»։ Այս հայտարարությունը բավականին շատ մեկնաբանությունների առիթ էր տվել, հատկապես քպական ու քպամերձ շրջանակները նշում էին, թե Կարապետյանը փաստացի սպառնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու քպական իշխանավորներին: Արշակ Կարապետյանը նաև հավելել էր, թե «մենք անպայման ազատվելու ենք այդ վախկոտներից»:

Ըստ երևույթին, նկատի է առնվում իրենց ուժի՝ իշխանության գալու հնարավորությունը: «Փաստը» զանգահարեց գեներալին՝ ճշտելու՝ իշխանության գալու դեպքում ի՞նչ են անելու, և արդյո՞ք իր խոսքերը սպառնալիք էին: «Ոչ, ես նորից կարող եմ կրկնել այն, ինչ ասել եմ: Դա ոչ թե սպառնալիք է, այլ իրականության սթափ գնահատում: Մենք ոչինչ էլ չենք անելու, դրա կարիքն էլ չի լինելու:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր քպականներն իրենք են խնդրելու, որ իրավապահները ձերբակալեն իրենց, կալանավորեն, իրավական գործընթաց սկսեն, որպեսզի չարժանանան Քադաֆիի ճակատագրին: Ավելին, որպեսզի երանի չտան Քադաֆիին»,-ասաց Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ հավելելով, թե ցանկացած դեպքում ինքը դեմ է, որ հայի արյուն թափվի:
