Թուրքական բանկերը սկսել են մերժել Ռուսաստանից Եվրոպա կատարվող վճարումները

Թուրքիայի բանկերը սկսել են զանգվածաբար մերժել ռուսական ընկերություններին Եվրամիություն եւ այլ երկրներ վճարումներ կատարելու հարցում, «Ведомости»-ին ասել են երեք աղբյուրներ։

Նրանց խոսքով՝ անցած անգամ նման վիճակ նկատվել էր տարեսկզբին, երբ թուրքական բանկերը, ինչպես եւ «բարեկամ» այլ երկրների վարկային կազմակերպությունները սկսել էին մտահոգվել ԱՄՆ երկրորդային պատժամիջոցներից ռուսական ընկերությունների հետ աշխատելու համար։ Սակայն տրանզակցիաներն աստիճանաբար վերականգնվել էին։

Ամռանը խնդիրները նորից ի հայտ եկան։ Եվրոպական բանկերը ժամանակ առ ժամանակ սկսեցին չընդունել թուրքական վճարումներն այն ապրանքների համար, որոնք հօգուտ ռուսական բիզնեսի մատակարարների էին, ասում է ներմուծողներից մեկը։ Պարբերականի մյուս զրուցակիցը հաստատում է սա. Թուրքիայի միջոցով ապրանքի համար վճարելու փորձի ժամանակ մատակարարը Բուլղարիայից խնդրել է  փողերը փոխանցել «նորմալ» երկրի միջոցով։

Եվրոպական վարկային կազմակերպությունների խստությունները հանգեցրել են այն բանին, որ սեպտեմբերի սկզբին թուրքական բանկերն արդեն սկսել են մերժել տարանցիկ վճարումները, ասում է աղբյուրը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ անգամ բանկին մատակարարումների մասին լրացուցիչ փաստաթղթերի տրամադրումը խնդիրը չի լուծում։

Թուրքիայում, որպես կանոն, միշտ եղել են 2-3 բանկեր, որոնք հաճույքով վճարումներ են կատարել ռուսական ապրանքների համար այլ երկրներում, բայց վերջին ժամանակներս դժվարացել է աշխատանքը նրանց հետ, նշել է FTL Advisers իրավաբանական ընկերության գործընկեր Իգոր Կուզնեցը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ դժվարությունները հիմնականում ծագում են դոլարով եւ եվրոյով վճարումների ժամանակ, բայց դժվարացել են նաեւ յուանով վճարումները։

Պատճառը կարող է լինել այն, որ թուրքական բանկերը սկսել են ավելի շատ անհանգստանալ պատժամիջոցների պատճառով, կամ նրանց թղթակից բանկերը այժմ բարձր պահանջներ են ներկայացնում Թուրքիայից կատարվող վճարումներին, նշել է Կուզնեցը։

Իրավիճակը Ռուսաստանից «բարեկամական» երկրներ կատարվող վճարումների հարցում կտրուկ վատացել է 2023թ. դեկտեմբերին, երբ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը ստորագրեց հրամանագիր, որը թույլ էր տալիս ԱՄՆ ֆիննախին երկրորդային պատժամիջոցներ մտցնել երրորդ երկրների բանկերի դեմ ռուսական ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի մատակարարումներն ապահովելու պատճառով։ Դրանից հետո Թուրքիայի, Չինաստանի, ԱՄԷ եւ այլ երկրների բանկերն սկսեցին հրաժարվել վճարումներ ընդունել Ռուսաստանից։
