Փաշինյանի սիրտը նոր շոու է ուզում

Վճռաբեկ դատարանը բեկանել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի և նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գևորգյանի գործը կարճելու վերաբերյալ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի 2021 թվականի որոշումը։ Գործն ուղարկվել է հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան՝ նոր քննության։

Ավելի վաղ Սահմանադրական դատարանը ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 309.1-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասը (հոդվածը սահմանում է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը փոփոխելու և լրացնելու սահմանները) Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանող էր ճանաչել։ Այս որոշումը դատախազությանը հնարավորություն տվեց վերաորակավորել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների դեմ մեղադրանքները և նոր քննություն սկսել:

Երկրորդ նախագահն արդարացվել էր երեք տարի առաջ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի կողմից, բայց բողոքարկումների պատճառով դատավճիռը դեռևս ուժի մեջ չի մտել։ Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանն ամիսներ առաջ հայտարարել է, որ եթե նույնիսկ Քոչարյանը մեղավոր ճանաչվի, նա չի ազատազրկվի՝ ենթադրյալ հանցանքի վաղեմության ժամկետն անցնելու հիմքով։

Քոչարյանն արդարացվել էր 2021 թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ, ինչը որոշակի ազդեցություն ունեցավ ներքաղաքական պայքարի, ընտրությունների ելքի վրա։ Այժմ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր շոու է բեմադրում՝ հին դերակատարների մասնակցությամբ, «նախկինների» ռեսուրսն օգտագործելու, հանրությանը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանով ահաբեկելու համար։ Միգուցե, նա նաև նոր խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների է պատրաստվում։ Իսկ հասարակությունը վաղուց այլևս չի հավատում իշխանության հավաստիացումներին, թե մարտի 1-ի, հոկտեմբերի 27-ի կամ այլ հանցագործությունների մեղավորները պատժվելու են։
