Սփյուռքը Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու լուրջ ներուժ ունի. Կարապետյան

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Հայաստան-Սփյուռք հարաբերություններում հսկա ճեղքվածք է առաջացել, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն էլ խորացնում են այն։ Հայաստանյան քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնք պարտավոր են ջանքեր գործադրելու այդ ճեղքվածքը վերացնելու, ըստ էության, մատնված են անգործության, իսկ իրավիճակը գնալով վատթարանում է։

Ուրախալի է տեսնել, որ դեռևս կան մարդիկ և քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնք գիտակցում են առկա խնդիրները, տալիս դրանց լուծման ուղիները։ Օրերս «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցությունը կազմակերպել էր գիտագործնական համաժողով՝ «Սփյուռքի դերը հայոց պետականության կայացման գործում» խորագրով։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը ելույթ է ունեցել, արձանագրել, որ չի կարող լինել Հայաստան առանց Սփյուռքի և չի կարող լինել Սփյուռք առանց Հայաստանի։ Այս գաղափարն ապացույցների կարիք չունի։ Կարապետյանը նշել է, թե վերջին տարիներին մեր երկրի իշխանությունները կարողացան փչացնել հարաբերությունները բոլոր բարեկամ պետությունների հետ, սակայն փոխարենը նոր բարեկամներ ձեռք չեն բերել։ «Գործող վարչակարգը հաջողեցրեց նույնիսկ հայերի հետ հարաբերություններ փչացնել։ Սփյուռքի հետ կապերը վերականգնելու փոխարեն, ընդհակառակը, այն վնասում է արտասահմանցի հայերին և պառակտում է ստեղծում նրանց շարքերում։ Որպես օրինակ՝ ոմանք հրավիրվել են այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 17-ին Երևանում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովին, իսկ մյուսները՝ ոչ։ Նույնը մենք այսօր տեսնում ենք մեր երկրում»,- նշել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ հայկական Սփյուռքը մեր երկրի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու լուրջ ներուժ ունի։ Ըստ Արշակ Կարապետյանի, այսօր Սփյուռքն է, որ պետք է ստանձնի Հայաստանի արտաքին անվտանգության պատասխանատվությունը, քանի որ մեր իշխանությունն ի վիճակի չէ դա անելու։ «Մենք Սփյուռքին կներգրավենք գիտակրթական, տնտեսության, ատոմային էներգետիկայի, պետական կառավարման ոլորտներ, բացառությամբ այն ասպարեզների, որտեղ երկքաղաքացիությունն անընդունելի է ռազմավարական նկատառումներով»,- ասել է նա։
