Չի կարող լինել Հայաստան առանց Սփյուռքի, և Սփյուռք՝ առանց Հայաստանի. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Սեպտեմբերի 17-20-ը ՀՀ սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի կողմից Հայաստանում կանցկացվի Համաշխարհային հայկական երկրորդ գագաթնաժողովը: Գործող իշխանությունները պնդում են, թե Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի արդի մարտահրավերներն ու խնդիրները, կայուն զարգացման հնարավորությունները, ներկայի և ապագայի կարևորագույն հարցերը քննարկելու են միասնական հարթակում տարբեր ձևաչափերի շրջանակներում: Ազգային անվտանգությունից մինչև բարձրագույն տեխնոլոգիաներ, տնտեսություն, գիտություն, հայրենադարձություն և Սփյուռքի համայնքների կենսունակություն. գագաթնաժողովը կհյուրընկալի Սփյուռքի և Հայաստանի շուրջ 1000 ներկայացուցիչների։

Իրականում, գագաթնաժողովի կազմակերպումն այնքան էլ հարթ չէ, որքան փորձում է ներկայացնել գործող իշխանությունը։ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Սփյուռքի կազմակերպությունների, կառույցների մեծ մասի հարաբերությունները լրջորեն փչացել են։ Սփյուռքահայերի մեծ մասն օբյեկտիվորեն Փաշինյանին ու նրա թիմին մեղադրում է պատերազմում կրած պարտության, դավաճանության մեջ։ Սփյուռքի հետ լեզու գտնելու փոխարեն՝ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ բոլոր միջոցներով խորացնում է առկա անջրպետը, միևնույն ժամանակ իրեն հավատարիմ սփյուռքահայերի միջոցով հակասություններ է ստեղծում, իրար դեմ հանում տարբեր կառույցների։ Մի խումբ անձանց հանձնակատարներ նշանակելով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հենց նրանց հետ է հարաբերվում՝ փաստացի վնասելով արդեն իսկ առկա, տասնամյակներով արդյունավետ աշխատանք տարած կազմակերպությունների հետ։

Գագաթնաժողովն էլ անցնելու է այդ տրամաբանությամբ, մասնակիցներին ընտրում են բծախնդրորեն, որպեսզի որևէ միջադեպ, իշխանության հասցեին քննադատություն չհնչի։ Շատերին էլ, որոնց գործող իշխանությունն առանց ողջամիտ բացատրության անցանկալի անձ է հայտարարել կամ առաջիկայում է հայտարարելու, գագաթնաժողովի օրերին պարզապես արգելելու են մուտք գործել Հայաստան՝ մասնակցելու դրա աշխատանքներին։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշում է, թե չի կարող լինել Հայաստան առանց Սփյուռքի, և Սփյուռք՝ առանց Հայաստանի։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը նկատել է, թե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վերջին տարիներին փչացրել են հարաբերությունները ոչ միայն բարեկամ երկրների հետ ու նոր բարեկամներ ձեռք չեն բերել, այլև հասցրել են փչացնել հարաբերությունները նաև հայկական սփյուռքի հետ։ Ըստ Կարապետյանի, գոնե այդ հարաբերությունները վերականգնի, իշխանությունը վնասում է Սփյուռքին, խոչընդոտներ է ստեղծում Սփյուռքի կառույցների մեջ։ Նրանց մի մասին հրավիրել է Համաշխարհային հայկական գագաթնաժողովին, մյուսներին՝ ոչ։

«Ունենք մի երկիր, որտեղ դժվար է ապրել, դժվար է ունենալ սեփական կարծիք, աշխատել, ընտանիք պահել։ Մենք նույնիսկ արցախցիներին արդեն Սփյուռք ենք համարում՝ մոռանալով, որ Արցախը Հայաստան է։ Չնայած սպառնալիքներին, որ ստացել եմ, այդ թվում՝ որոշ երկրների նախագահների կողմից, միշտ համարել և համարում եմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ունի մեկ պատմություն, մեկ հավատք, մեկ այբբենարան։ Հայ ժողովուրդն ունի մեծ պոտենցիալ աշխարհում»,- ասել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
