«Չկա Սփյուռք առանց Հայաստան, չկա Հայաստան առանց Սփյուռք». «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ Սփյուռքի դերին վերաբերող գիտական համաժողովում

Չի կարող լինել Հայաստան առանց Սփյուռքի, և Սփյուռք՝ առանց Հայաստանի։ Դա աքսիոմ է։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի կարծիքով, վերջին տարիների ընթացքում, ցավոք, ոչ միայն բարեկամ երկրների հետ ենք փչացրել հարաբերությունները՝ նոր բարեկամներ ձեռք չբերելով, այլև մեր երկրի ղեկավարությունը հաջողացրել է փչացնել հարաբերությունները նույնիսկ հայերի հետ։ «Հայաստանի իշխանությունը փոխանակ վերականգնի հարաբերությունները Սփյուռքի հետ, հակառակը, վնասում է Սփյուռքին, խոչընդոտներ է ստեղծում Սփյուռքի մեջ հարաբերությունների հարցում, մի մասին հրավիրել է Համաշխարհային հայկական գագաթնաժողովին, մյուսներին՝ ոչ»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը։

Գեներալ-մայորի խոսքով, ունենք մի երկիր, որտեղ դժվար է ապրել, դժվար է ունենալ սեփական կարծիք, աշխատել, ընտանիք պահել։ Մենք նույնիսկ արցախցիներին արդեն Սփյուռք ենք համարում՝ մոռանալով, որ Արցախը Հայաստան է։ «Չնայած սպառնալիքներին, որ ստացել եմ, այդ թվում՝ որոշ երկրների նախագահների կողմից, միշտ համարել և համարում եմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ունի մեկ պատմություն, մեկ հավատք, մեկ այբբենարան։ Հայ ժողովուրդն ունի մեծ պոտենցիալ աշխարհում»,- նշել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը։

Կարապետյանի խոսքով, մենք այսօր կանգնած ենք պետականության կորստի առջև։ Պետք է ավելի լուրջ վերաբերվենք մեզ սպասվելիք ապագային, ինքներս ստեղծենք այդ ապագան։
