Տնտեսագիտական նոնսենս կամ ինչ է փնտրում ԱԺ պատգամավորը «Սպայկա»֊ի բեռնատարներում. Past.am

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը, ով, որքան գիտենք, մասնագիտությամբ տնտեսագետ է, «Գյուղատնտեսության ահագնացող խնդիրները» վերտառությամբ նյութ է հրապարակել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում։

Զարմանալի է, որ գյուղատնտեսության ահագնացող խնդիրների շարքում պատգամավորը հիշատակում է «Սպայկա» ընկերության անունը, այն դեպքում, երբ այդ ագրոհոլդինգի ներկայությունն ուղղակի փրկում է հայկական գյուղատնտեսությունը։ Դանիելյանը պնդում է, թե անհատ բեռնափոխադրողներին մտահոգում է, որ «Սպայկա» ընկերությունը ստացել է արտոնյալ պայմաններ՝ արտերկրի բեռնափոխադրման կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցելու համար։

Նախ, առանց «Սպայկա»-ի դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ Հայաստանը կարող է ընդհանրապես գյուղատնտեսություն ունենալ։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է թե՛ փոխադրումների մեջ «Սպայկա» ընկերության ունեցած դերին, թե՛ ագրոտնտեսության մեջ կատարվող և կատարված, աննախադեպ ծավալների ներդրումներին, հսկայական տարածքներին, ջերմոցներին։

Ինչ վերաբերում է պատգամավորի մատնանշած արտոնյալ պայմաններին, տնտեսագետ պատգամավորը պետք է որ ըմբռներ, որ խոշոր ընկերությունը, որն ունի տասնյակ տարիների փորձ, միջազգային կապեր, բնականաբար արտերկրում այլ ընկերությունների հետ ավելի բարձր մակարդակի համագործակցություն է ունենում, քան անհատ, կամ փոքր, նվազ հետագիծ և ծավալներ ունեցող ընկերությունը։ Հետևաբար, ի՞նչ արտոնությունների մասին է խոսքը, ո՞վ պիտի օտարերկրյա ընկերություններին պարտադրի արտոնյալ պայմաններ տրամադրել ոչ թե հին գործընկերոջը, այլ որևէ անհատ վարորդի։ Ո՞վ պետք է Հայաստանից դուրս «Սպայկա»-ին արտոնություն տար։ Կամ ի՞նչ կապ ունի պետությունը։ Պետք է մի քիչ տրամաբանական հարցադրումներ անել։
