Ջնջե՞լ, թե՞ չջնջել Telegram-ը. ի՞նչ սպասել Դուրովի ձերբակալությունից

Telegram-ի հիմնադիր Պավել Դուրովը ձերբակալվել է Փարիզի Լե Բուրժե օդանավակայանում, ուր մասնավոր ինքնաթիռով ժամանել էր Ադրբեջանից: Դուրովին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 12 հանցագործության համար, հայտնել է Փարիզի դատախազությունը։

Telegram-ի հիմնադրին հարցաքննում են անանուն անձի դեմ հետաքննության շրջանակներում՝ բազմաթիվ կիբեռհանցագործությունների կասկածների պատճառով:

Փորձագետները կապում են Դուրովի ձերբակալությունը քաղաքական որոշման հետ, թեև Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը հերքել է, ասելով, որ Պավել Դուրովի ձերբակալությունը քաղաքական որոշում չէ, այն կապված է դատական հետաքննության հետ։

Նաև շրջանառվում էր, թե Դուրովը Բաքվում անգամ հանդիպում է ունեցել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, սակայն, Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հերքել էր այս լուրերը:

Մի քանի օր է, ինչ Telegram-ի օգտատերերի շրջանում իրարանցում է, բուռն քննարկումներ են, մարդիկ ջնջում են իրենց հաղորդագրությունները, չատերը, անգամ օգտահաշիվները:  

Ի՞նչ սպասել Դուրովի ձերբակալությունից, արդյո՞ք իմաստ ունի ջնջել հաղորդագրությունները կամ դրանք ջնջելով մարդիկ ապահովության զգացում կարո՞ղ  են ունենալ․ այս և այլ հարցերի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց տեղեկատվական անվտանգության փորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանի հետ։

«Telegram-ն արդեն վտանգներ ունի, և կապ չունի՝ Դուրովը ձերբակալված է, թե՝ ոչ։ Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ մարդիկ «օդից գիտեն», որ Telegram–ը շատ անվտանգ է, բայց տեղյակ չեն, որ լուրջ գաղտնագրում միանում է միայն այն դեպքում, երբ մարդիկ միացնում են գաղտնի չատերը, իսկ մնացած դեպքերում, հիմնականում գաղտնագրումը թույլ չի տալիս կողքից գաղտնալսել, օրինակ՝ հատուկ ծառայություններին»,– ասաց Մարտիրոսյանը։

Իհարկե, հատուկ ծառայությունները չեն կարող գաղտնալսել, բայց, ըստ Մարտիրոսյանի, Telegram–ը կարող է մուտք ունենալ չատերին։ Ձերբակալության հետևանքը կարող է լինել այն, որ ինչ–որ երկրներ ավելի հեշտ կկարողանան ստանալ Telegram–ի տվյալներ։

«Որքան էլ մարդիկ ջնջեն չատերը, նրանք ջնջնում են այդ սարքից, բայց ոչ Telegram–ի սերվերներից։ Իսկ գաղտնի չատերը, ինչքան գիտեմ՝ ոչ»,– ասաց մասնագետը։

Հիշեցնենք, Դուրովը մեղադրվում է ահաբեկչության, թմրանյութերի շրջանառության, հանցակցության, խարդախության, փողերի լվացման, կոծկման, TG-ում մանկապիղծ բովանդակության համար։ Այս ամենը կարող է հանգեցնել մինչև 20 տարվա ազատազրկման։ Դուրովը դատարանի առջև կկանգնի որպես Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացի։
