Իրանը սպառնացել է Պակիստանին

Իրանը «վերջնական ծանուցում» է ուղարկել Պակիստանի կառավարությանը 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Փարիզում Միջազգային առևտրի պալատի Միջազգային արբիտրաժային դատարան դիմելու մտադրության մասին: Այս քայլի պատճառը Պակիստանի կողմից «Խաղաղություն» գազատարի կառուցման հետ կապված պարտավորությունների չկատարումն է։ Այս մասին հայտնում է News թերթը։

Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ գազամուղի պակիստանյան հատվածի կառուցման պայմանագիրը կնքվել է 2009 թվականին, իսկ աշխատանքների ավարտը նախատեսված էր 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերին։ Փաստաթուղթը նախատեսում էր տույժեր՝ 1 մլն դոլարի չափով 2015 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ուշացման յուրաքանչյուր օրվա համար։ Սակայն 2014 թվականին նախագիծը հետաձգվեց մեկ տասնամյակով՝ Իրանի դեմ ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների պատճառով։

2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերին նորացված պայմանագիր է ստորագրվել Պակիստանի միջպետական ​​գազային համակարգերի և Իրանի ազգային գազային ընկերության միջև։ Այս համաձայնագրով Իսլամաբադը պարտավորվել է ավարտել խողովակաշարը մինչև 2024 թվականը և սկսել օրական մոտ 21 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր բնական գազի ներկրումը։ Ի պատասխան՝ Թեհրանը համաձայնել է չդիմել արբիտրաժային դատարան։ Այնուամենայնիվ, շինարարությունն այդպես էլ չի սկսվել, և ծրագրի առաջին փուլի՝ 81 կմ հատվածի առաքման ժամկետը հետաձգվել է մինչև 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբեր, ինչը հանգեցրել է «վերջնական ծանուցման» ուղարկմանը։
