Հիմա ո՞ւմ «կենացը խմել» խոտանված «կոնյակով». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ռուսական շուկա հայկական ապրանքների առաջ «կարմիր լույս» վառելու հերթը բրենդային կոնյակին հասավ: Օրերս լրահոսը ողողված էր ռուսական գործակալությունների տարածած այն տեղեկատվությամբ, որ Ռուսաստանի խանութներում վաճառվող հայկական կոնյակների գրեթե 90 %-ն «անվտանգ» չէ, իսկ արտադրանքի գրեթե կեսը պարունակում է ոչ խաղողի սպիրտներ:

Բայց մինչ այս «կոնյակային» էպոպեային անդրադառնալը հիշեցնենք ընդամենը 1 ամիս առաջ ծագած սկանդալին մեր անդրադարձը: Այն ժամանակ պարզվել էր, որ, չնայած ռուսական կողմի բազմաթիվ զգուշացումներին, Հայաստանի համապատասխան կառույցը քայլեր չէր ձեռնարկել, որպեսզի արտահանվող գյուղմթերքը համապատասխանի ներկայացվող անվտանգության չափանիշներին: Հիմա, փաստորեն, հերթը կոնյակին հասավ: Չնայած, հարց է, թե կարելի՞ է կոնյակ անվանել այն, ինչը չի ստացվել խաղողի որոշակի տեսակների սպիրտի հնեցման եղանակով: Իհարկե, հակված չենք «հալած յուղի» տեղ ընդունել ցանկացած տեղեկություն: Կան հարցեր. օրինակ՝ ինչո՞ւ է այսքան ժամանակ թույլ տրվել, որ նման վիճակ լինի, ինչո՞ւ ավելի վաղ այդ խնդրին անդրադարձ չի արվել, ինչպե՞ս է, որ տարիներ շարունակ նույն ռուսական շուկայում հայկական կոնյակը կամ դրա մի շարք տեսակներ «ջրի գնով» են վաճառվել և այլն: Հարկավ, չի կարելի բացառել նաև այս պատմության մեջ «քաղաքական բաղադրիչը»՝ հաշվի առնելով, թե ինչ ինտենսիվությամբ է Փաշինյանը փչացնում հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ:

Բա՛յց: Այդ ամենով հանդերձ, կա առնվազն երկու խիստ էական հանգամանք: Առաջինը. սա ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչ բարձիթողի վիճակ է սննդի անվտանգության ապահովման առումով: Ստացվում է, որ այս ոլորտում վերահսկողություն չկա կամ այն զուտ ձևական բնույթ է կրում: Դե, ինչպես բոլոր ոլորտները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունում: Արդյունքում հայկական արտադրանքի «անունը դուրս է գալիս» դրսում՝ վնասելով նաև բարեխիղճ արտադրողներին:

Մյուս էական ու խիստ մտահոգիչ հանգամանքն այն է, որ այդ ամենը՝ գյուղմթերքը, մթերքի այլ տեսակներ, նաև, ինչու ոչ՝ հենց կոնյակը, նաև մենք ենք օգտագործում: Այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ արտահանման պարագայում հանկարծակի իմանում ենք վնասակարության մասին, այն էլ՝ օտար երկրների կառույցների հայտարարություններից, իսկ մեր ներքին շուկայում օգտագործում ենք այդ ամենը: Տարօրինակ է, որ Հայաստանի՝ սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանության անվանմամբ գործող ՀԿ-ները չեն փորձում ՌԴ կողմից որակազրկված ապրանքների լրացուցիչ ստուգումներ նախաձեռնել: Հատուկ չենք նշում՝ պետական մարմինները, որովհետև նրանց վրա, պարզ է, հույս դնելու տեղ էլ չկա:
