Բողոքի ակցիա ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակի մոտ. պահանջում են գերիների վերադարձը

ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի առջև ակցիա է կայացել. Բաքվում պահվող հայ գերիների ու անհետ կորածների հարազատները նամակ են հանձնել ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգողին: Ակցիայի մասնակիցներն իրենց բողոքի ձայնով ՄԱԿ-ի ուշադրությունն են հրավիրել՝ Բաքվի բանտերում գտնվող հայ գերիների, Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության վերադարձի խնդրին։ Ներկաները պահանջել են ՄԱԿ-ից՝ հրատապ միջամտություն՝ հայ գերիների ազատ արձակման համար և կոչ են անում վերանայել՝ COP29-ը Ադրբեջանում անցկացնելու որոշումը։

«Հայկանդուխտ» ավանդապաշատ ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Ռուզաննա Ստեփանյանը նշել է՝ խորը մտահոգություններ ունեն ՄԱԿ-ի կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի մասնակիցների կոնֆերանսի 29-րդ նստաշրջանն Ադրբեջանում անցկացնելու որոշման վերաբերյալ: Նրա խոսքով, այդ որոշումն անհամատեղելի է քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի արժեքների հետ։ Ռուզաննա Ստեփանյանի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանի բանտերում շարունակվում են անօրինական պահվել հայ գերիներ: Սա հակասում է միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին և մարդու իրավունքներին:

«Ադրբեջանը իրականացրել է Արցախի բնակչության բռնի տեղահանում, ինչը համարվում է ցեղասպանության տեսակ՝ համաձայն Ցեղասպանության կոնվենցիայի: Ադրբեջանը չի կատարել ՄԱԿ-ի պահանջներն Արցախի հարցի վերաբերյալ: Սա ցույց է տալիս Ադրբեջանի վերաբերմունքը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և ընդհանրապես միջազգային իրավունքի նկատմամբ: Մտավախություն կա՝ COP 29-ից հետո Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ընդհանրապես կարող են խոչընդոտել հայ գերիների ազատ արձակմանը»,- նշել է նա:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, թե շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն էլ տարբեր հարթակներում շոշափում է գերիների հարցը։ «Այս հարցում յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է իր ներդրումն ունենա»,- ասել է նա։
