Ucom-ը հաջողությամբ ամփոփեց uGeneration ուսանողական ծրագիրը

Ucom-ը հաջողությամբ ամփոփել է առաջին uGeneration ուսանողական ծրագիրը։ 

Ծրագիրը հնարավորություն է տալիս ուսանողներին կատարել կարիերայի առաջին քայլերը, զարգացնել պրակտիկ հմտություններ և շփվել ոլորտի առաջատար մասնագետների հետ։

Ծրագրի առաջին փուլին դիմած ավելի քան 200 դիմորդներից ընտրվել է 20 մասնակից, որոնք մասնակցել են մասնագիտական հմտությունների զարգացմանն ուղղված դասընթացներին և պրակտիկա անցել ընկերության վաճառքի և սպասարկման գրասենյակներում, զանգերի կենտրոնում։ 

Ծրագիրը հաջողությամբ ավարտած մասնակիցներից 13-ը Ucom-ից ստացել են ճկուն գրաֆիկով աշխատանքի առաջարկ, որը կարող են համատեղել ուսման հետ:    

«Միշտ հաճելի է երիտասարդ ու ոգևորված դեմքեր տեսնել մեր ընկերությունում։ Հուսով եմ այս նախագիծը մեր մասնակիցներին կօգնի օգտակար մասնագիտական հմտություններ ձեռք բերել ու զարգացնել։ Նաև լիահույս եմ, որ նրանք նոր, թարմ գաղափարներով ու մոտեցումներով սեփական ներդրումը կունենան մեր բաժանորդներին լավագույն ծառայությունները մատուցելու գործում», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

«Ծրագիրը շատ հետաքրքիր էր՝ իր հագեցվածությամբ և դասընթացների ֆորմատով: Ուրախ եմ, որ մասնակցել եմ այս նախաձեռնությանը ու օգտվել այս հնարավորությունից: Հուսամ իմ ապագան կկապեմ Ucom-ի հետ և կաշխատեմ նման հիանալի թիմում: Մեզ դիմավորել են բարությամբ, սիրով և հարգանքով, ընդունել և աջակցել են ամբողջ ընթացքում», - ասել է ծրագրի մասնակից Տաթևիկ Ղուկասյանը:
