Արևմտամետների «Եվրաքվե»-ն ձախողման եզրին

Արևմտամետ «Ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակը» դեռ չգիտի, թե ինչպես է իրականացնելու ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու, հանրաքվե նախաձեռնելու ստորագրահավաքը։ Թեպետ հաստիքային արևմտամետները հայտարարում են, որ աշխատում են ստորագրահավաքի ուղղությամբ, նույնիսկ «Ֆեյսբուքում» էջ են բացել՝ իրենց քարոզը տանելու համար, խոստովանում են, որ արդեն իսկ, ստորագրահավաքը չսկսած, լուրջ խնդիրներ են ծագել։

Հարթակում, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, խնդիրները մի քանի ուղղությամբ են։ «Ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակ»-ին մասնակցող ուժերից մեկը՝ Լևոն Շիրինյանի կուսակցությունն ի սկզբանե հրաժարվել է մասնակցել այս ձախողված նախաձեռնությանը, ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների, իշխանական օլիգարխ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի հրահանգով։

Մյուս երեք կուսակցություններն ու քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները չեն կարողանում ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ ֆինանսավորման հարցում։ Նման ստորագրահավաք կազմակերպելը զգալի ֆինանսական միջոցների հետ է կապված, բայց մասնակից երեք կուսակցությունները չեն ցանկանում ստանձնել ֆինանսավորման հարցը, փորձում են միջոցներ քերել եվրոպական կառույցներից կամ «սորոսական» ծրագրերից։

Քաղհասարակությունն էլ առանձնապես շահագրգռված չէ իր միջոցները հատկացնել նման ստորագրահավաքի համար։ Տարակարծություններ կան նաև ռազմավարության հարցում։ Հարթակում «հանկարծ» պարզել են, որ գործող իշխանությունները ոչ միայն մտադիր չեն աջակցել, այլև կարող են խափանել ստորագրահավաքը, իսկ եթե այն ձախողվի, լուրջ հարված կլինի Հայաստանի՝ եվրոպական սլացքին։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, խայտաբղետ այդ հավաքում շատերն անձնական հակակրանք ունեն մեկը մյուսի հանդեպ, չեն կարողանում միասնական դիրքորոշումներ ճշգրտել և մեծ է հավանականությունը, որը սահուն լղոզեն ստորագրահավաքի գործընթացը, պատճառաբանեն, թե այս պահին նպատակահարմար չեն գտնում դրա իրականացումը։
