Դիվերսիֆիկացիա հակառակ ուղղությամբ

Դեպի Արևմուտք սլացող ՀՀ իշխանությունները առիթը բաց չեն թողնում խոսել Ռուսաստանի հետ տնտեսական կապերի թուլացման, դիվերսիֆիկացիայի, արտահանման նոր ուղիներ ստեղծելու, քաղաքական կախվածությունը թուլացնելու մասին, իսկ իրականում բոլորովին հակառակն են անում։ Դա են վկայում վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակած տվյալներն արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության վերաբերյալ։

Այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրի ծավալը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանահատվածի համեմատ աճել է 2,6 անգամ՝ կազմելով 8 մլրդ 365 մլն դոլար։ Ռուսաստանը տասնամյակներ շարունակ ՀՀ թիվ մեկ գործընկերն է, և առևտրաշրջանառությունը տարեցտարի աճում է՝ ի հեճուկս իշխանությունների հայտարարությունների։

ԱՄՆ հետ առևտրի ծավալը նվազել է 40 տոկոսով և կազմում է ընդամենը 234 մլն դոլար։ Գերմանիայի հետ առևտրի ծավալը նվազել է 35,2 %-ով` կազմելով 225,8 միլիոն դոլար, իսկ Իտալիայի հետ առևտրի ծավալը նվազել է 1,1%-ով` կազմելով 197,8 միլիոն դոլար: ՌԴ և ԱՊՀ այլ երկրների հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում է ԵՄ երկրների հետ առևտրին, հայկական ապրանքները Եվրոպա արտահանելու լուրջ սահմանափակումներ կան՝ կապված լոգիստիկայի, չափորոշիչների, մրցունակության հետ, և նման պայմաններում ԵԱՏՄ հետ կապերը խզելու, ԵՄ անդամության թեկնածու դառնալու, դեպի Եվրոպա արտահանումը խթանելու մասին հայտարարությունները ոչ միայն լուրջ չեն, այլև վտանգավոր են։ Հասկանո՞ւմ է արդյոք գործող իշխանությունը այդ վտանգները։ Անշուշտ, բայց և շարունակում է իր քաղաքականությունը։
