Իշխանությունների «հակառուս քաղաքականությունը» ավելացնում է կախվածությունը ՌԴ-ից. Արմեն Մանվելյան

Արմեն Մանվելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
Իրականության մեջ մենք կորցրել ենք անվտանգության այն համակարգը, որը կար։ Հարավային Կովկասը, որն ուներ Արցախի ստատուս քվոյով որոշակի ճարտարապետություն, ամբողջովին ավերված է, նորը ստեղծված չէ։ Հայաստանն այս պահին գտնվում է անվտանգային վակուումի մեջ, ինչն էլ ավելի վտանգավոր է, քան եթե մենք գնտվեինք այս կամ այն անվտանգային զոնայում։
•Գործող իշխանությունը փարձում է մեզ վրա ծախել, թե իբր իրենք անվտանգության նոր համակարգ են ստեղծում, բայց իրականության մեջ Հայաստանն այսօր էլ ավելի է վտանգված, քան նոյեմբերի 9-ի այդ խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթղթի ստորագրման ժամանակ։
•Դուրս գալով անվտանգային նախկին համակարգից՝ այսօր կորցրել ենք անվտանգային որևիցե համակարգ։ Ե՛վ Եվրամիության, և՛ ԱՄՆ-ի անկեղծ գործիչները մեզ ասում են՝ եթե ուզում եք անվտանգային նոր համակարգ՝ լեզու գտեք թուրքերի և ադրբեջանցիների հետ, իսկ սա ոչ թե աղետ է, այլ դեպի ցեղասպանություն տանող ճանապարհ։
•Եթե Հայաստանում լիներ ազգային իշխանություն՝ ամեն ինչ կաներ, որպեսզի Հայաստանը չհայտնվեր պայքարի կիզակետում։ Իսկ իրենք իրենց ապաշնորհությամբ Հայաստանը բերել-հացրել, մտցրել են Ռուսաստան-ԱՄՆ առճակատման մեջ։ Հետևաբար, իրենք Հայաստանը դիտարկում են, ոչ թե անկախ պետություն, այլ վասալային, որին պետք է դիտարկեն հակառուսական քաղաքականության մեջ։ Սրա արդյունքը մենք տեսել ենք, այն Հայաստանի մի ահռելի հատվածի՝ Արցախի կորուստն է։
•Սա աղետի սկիզբն է։ «Միջին միջանցքի» գաղափարը կեղծ է, այն Հայաստանը դեպի էլ ավելի խորքային վասալություն տանելու գաղափար է։ Ասում են. «Ձեր անվտանգությունը թուրք- ադրբեջաբնական տանդեմին ծառայելն է, այ կծառայեք իրենց այդ միջանքցքով և իրենք կարող է և ձեզ չմորթեն...»։ Կարող է։
•Ռուսաստանից մեզ կտրելը կբերի Հայաստանի ոչնչացմանը, մանավանդ այսօրվա այս իշխանություններն իրենց ամբողջ «հակառուս քաղաքականությամբ», հանգեցրել են նրան, որ հանրապետության կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից կրկնապատկվել է, եթե ոչ՝ եռապատկվել։ Եթե նախկինում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության 30 %-ն էր ռուսականը, ապա այսօր այն կազմում է նվազագույնը 70 %-ը։
•Այնպես չէ, որ անվտանգության համակարգերն ազատ են և ինչ-որ պետություն կարող է որեշել՝ այսօր էս համակարգում է, մյուս օրը՝ այլ։ Միջազգային համակարգում խաղի կանոնները թելադրում են մեծ պետությունները, որոնք գտնվում են մրցակցության մեջ, որը տարբեր ժամանակներ կարող են լինել տնտեսաքաղաքական, կամ ռազմական։ Ցավոք սրտի մենք հիմա ռազմական մրցակցության նախափուլի մեջ ենք։ Այն կա, բայց դեռ իր ճակատագրական իրավիճակին չի հասել։
•Այն պետությունները, որոնք տրվել են արտաքին վեկտորներ փոխելու խաղին, որպես կանոն պարտվող են դուրս եկել այնտեղից։ Անվտանգության վեկտորի փոփոխությունը, որպես կանոն, մեծ զանգվածներին PR-ի ձևով կերակրելու նման մի բան է։
