ՔՊ-ն պատրաստվում է կադրային լայն փոփոխությունների

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն ամառային արձակուրդներից հետո պատրաստվում է խոշոր կադրային փոփոխությունների, որոնք պայմանավորված են թե՛ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իշխող ուժի վարկանիշի կտրուկ անկմամբ, թե՛ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու Ադրբեջանի կտրուկ պահանջով։

Փաշինյանը գիտակցում է, որ նոր Սահմանադրության հանրաքվե չանցկացնելու դեպքում Ադրբեջանը գնալու է ռազմական նոր էսկալացիայի, իսկ դա մահացու վտանգավոր է ՔՊ-ի գոյության համար։ Մյուս կողմից էլ երկրում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի կտրուկ սրում է սպասվում արդեն աշնան առաջին օրերից, և իշխանական բուրգը մտադիր է ավելի ամրապնդել իր կառուցվածքը՝ հնարավոր ճաքերին դիմագրավելու համար։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, վարչության ու նախաձեռնող խմբերի վերջին մի քանի նիստերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարզորոշ ակնարկել է, որ դժգոհ է կուսակցականների կարգապահությունից, կարծում է, թե շատերն աշխատում են միայն սեփակն շահերի՝ այլ ոչ կուսակցության համար։

Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը կուսակիցներին հայտնել է, թե գործադիրում լայնածավալ, իսկ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունում որոշակի փոփոխություններ է իրականացնելու, նաև առաջին պլան է դուրս բերելու Արևմուտքի հետ սերտ կապեր ունեցող ՔՊ-ականներին։ Փաշինյանը նաև նշել է, թե այլևս Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու որևէ հնարավորություն չի տեսնում և ստիպված են մինչև վերջ խրվել արևմտյան կառույցների լծի տակ, հակառակ պարագայում կկորցնեն իշխանությունը։

Կոնկրետ անուններ, թե ովքեր են լքելու իրենց բարձր պաշտոնները, չեն հայտնել, բայց «Քաղպայմանագրում» վաղուց են խոսում Մհեր Գրիգորյանի պաշտոնանկության հնարավորության մասին։ Իսկ սահմանազատման գործընթացի սառեցման ֆոնին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնանկությունն առավել քան իրատեսական են համարում։
