Իսրայելի ազգային անվտանգության խորհուրդը, հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանում Մերձավոր Արևելքում աճող լարվածությունը, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի և «Հեզբոլլահ»-ի բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարների սպանությունից հետո Իրանի հնարավոր պատասխան հարվածի մտադրությունը, իր քաղաքացիներին նախազգուշացրել է զերծ մնալ գրեթե 40 երկիր այցելությունից։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշված է Իսրայելի ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ, որտեղ նշվում է, որ իրանական կողմը հնարավոր է՝ վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով հարվածներ հասցնի արտերկրում գտնվող իսրայելական/հրեական թիրախներին, ինչպիսիք են դեսպանատները, սինագոգները, հրեական համայնքային կենտրոնները և այլն։ 

«Մենք խորհուրդ ենք տալիս միջազգային ճանապարհորդություն պլանավորողներին լրջորեն վերանայել այն երկրներ մեկնելու անհրաժեշտությունը, որոնց համար տրվել են ճամփորդական նախազգուշացումներ միջինից բարձր սպառնալիքի մակարդակով (մակարդակ 3 կամ 4): Բոլոր այդ ուղղություններով զգույշ եղեք և հետևեք Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի կայքում ներկայացված առաջարկություններին՝ ներառյալ հանրային վայրերում (առևտրի կենտրոններ, ռեստորաններ, հյուրանոցներ, բարեր և այլն) զգոն մնալը, իսրայելական կամ հրեական նշանների բաց ցուցադրումը: Խուսափեք խոշոր միջոցառումներից, որոնք չեն պաշտպանվում տեղական իշխանությունների կողմից, և զերծ մնացեք ցույցերից և բողոքի ակցիաներից», - նշված է իսրայելական խորհրդի հայտարարության մեջ: 

Արտասահման մեկնել պլանավորելու ժամանակ հրեաներին խորհուրդ է տրվում ընտրել այնպիսի թռիչքներ, որոնք չեն մտնում Իսրայելի համար թշնամի հանդիսացող երկրների (Լիբանան, Իրան, Սիրիա, Եմեն և Իրաք) և այն երկրների օդային տարածք, որոնք գտնվում են խիստ վտանգի տակ գտնվող ճամփորդական նախազգուշացումների ներքո ու դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ չունեն Իսրայելի հետ (Աֆղանստան, Լիբիա, Սոմալի, Պակիստան և Ալժիր): 

Հատկանշական է, որ ներկայացված 40 երկրների ցանկում Հայաստանն առաջին աստիճանի՝ առանց սպառնալիքի երկիր է (No Travel Tհreat), իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝ երկրորդ աստիճանի՝ պոտենցիալ վտանգավոր երկրների թվում է (Potential Threat):
