Փոքր Վեդու «Զարթոնք» մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակը՝ Հերմինե Սարգսյանը, որն ավագ խմբի սան Ա. Կ-ին ծեծել էր քնի ժամին, զղջացել է արարքի համար ու պատրաստ է ներողություն խնդրել ե՛ւ երեխայից, ե՛ւ նրա ծնողներից: Այս մասին գրում է Aravot.am-ը:

Հերմինե Սարգսյանի պաշտպան Արթուր Նահապետյանը լրատվամիջոցնի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ կինն ամբողջությամբ զղջում է կատարված փաստի համար, դիրքորոշում է արտահայտել, որ պատրաստ է ներողություն խնդրել թե՛ երեխայից, թե՛ նրա ծնողներից:

Փաստաբանը նաև պարզաբանել է՝ ինչպես է ստացվել, որ երեխային ծեծած կինը հայտնվեցլ է ազատության մեջ ու նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու նույնիսկ միջնորդություն չի ներկայացվել. «Հասարակության մեջ եղած այն մոտեցումը, թե եթե անձի նկատմամբ չի ընտրվում ամենախիստ խափանման միջոց կալանքը, նշանակում է՝ անձը խուսափելու է պատասխանատվությունից, թերի պատկերացում է: Ըստ էության, գործ ունենք մի ապացույցի՝ տեսանյութի հետ, որի բովանդակությունը, ամենամեծ ցանկության դեպքում էլ մեղադրյալը՝ ազատության մեջ լինելով, չի կարող խեղաթյուրել: Ըստ էության՝ քանի որ հրապարակային եղավ երեխայի ծնողների դիրքորոշումը, որ բողոք չունեն, ինչը հայտնի դարձավ, երբ մեղադրյալը գտնվում էր անազատության մեջ: Մեղադրյալը չի կարող նաեւ ինքնանպատակ մղում ունենալ ապացուցման գործընթացին միջամտել, որ իր դեմ բողոք չներկայացվի:
