Վարչապետի կոշտ դիտողությունից ի՞նչ դասեր է քաղել Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը

Վարչապետի այցի ընթացքում արված դիտողությունները ոչ թե քննարկելու, այլ հետեւություններ անելու, աշխատանքներն ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար են: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կոշտ հայտարարությանը՝ մարզ այցելության ժամանակ:

Նշենք, որ անցած շաբաթ օրը վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Գեղարքունիքի մարզում նիստ էր հրավիրել, որի ժամանակ դժգոհել էր մարզի ղեկավարության աշխատանքից: Վարչապետը հայտարարել էր, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում ամենավատ ցուցանիշը ներկայացրել են այս մարզի համայնքապետերը:

«Մենք հարգում ենք մեր համայնքապետերի իրավունքները, որ իրենք ընտրված ղեկավարներն են այդ համայնքների: Բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ իրենք իրենց համայնքում մի ռեժիմով պետք է ապրեն, մենք՝ այլ ռեժիմով: Այս մասով ֆիքսում ենք, որ ձեր բյուջեները մի բառով լավը չեն, ավելին՝ շատ վատն են, ավելին՝ ավելի վատն են: Երկրում ամենավատ սեփական եկամուտները Գեղարքունիքի մարզում է»,-դժգոհել էր Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Կարեն Բոթոյանը հիշեցրել է, որ այդ օրը վարչապետին ներկայացրել են բիզնես նախագծեր, որոնք իրականացվում են իրենց մարզում: Մարզպետը հույս է հայտնել, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի համայնքապետերից դժգոհող վարչապետին ներկայացված նախագծերը դուր են եկել, որոնք կարող են օրինակ լինել ողջ երկրի համար:

«Հավելեմ նաեւ, որ մենք կազմակերպեցինք մասնավոր հատվածից երկու ներկայացուցիչների բիզնես նախագծերի ներկայացում, ինչը մեր կարծիքով կարող է տարածվել ամբողջ Հայաստանով, ինձ թվում է, վարչապետին դրանք դուր եկան։ Մնացածն աշխատանքային հարցեր են»,-ընդգծել է մարզպետը:
