41-ամյա տղամարդը Երևանի բնակչուհուն մեկ տարի ենթարկել է սեռական շահագործման. ՔԿ-ն մանրամասներ է հայտնում

Ավարտվել է անձին սեռական շահագործման ենթարկելու դեպքի առթիվ քննված հերթական քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, անչափահասների սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում իրականացված քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ Արագածոտնի մարզի 41–ամյա բնակիչը, 2021 թվականին տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցելու ընթացքում ծանոթանալով Երևանի բնակչուհու հետ, նպատակադրվել է վերջինիս ենթարկել սեռական շահագործման։

Ծանոթությունից օրեր անց, հիշյալ կնոջը սեռական շահագործման վիճակի մեջ դնելու, պահելու և շահագործելու նպատակով, առաջարկել է նրան զբաղվել մարմնավաճառությամբ, որին վերջինս համաձայնվել է: Սակայն 41–ամյա տղամարդը, նրա նկատմամբ պարբերաբար բռնություն գործադրելով, ինչպես նաև, վերջինիս և նրա երեխաների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, նրանից վերցրել է մարմնավաճառության արդյունքում աշխատած ամբողջ գումարը։ Արդյունքում՝ 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերից մինչև 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերը, Երևանի բնակչուհին, գտնվելով շահագործման վիճակի մեջ, ինչպես իր կամ 41–ամյա տղամարդու կողմից վարձակալած բնակարաններում, այնպես էլ տարբեր հյուրանոցային համալիրներում, զբաղվել է մարմնավաճառությամբ և դրա արդյունքում աշխատած՝ օրական միջինը 200․000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը փոխանցել է 41–ամյա տղամարդուն։ Երբ նշված կինը հրաժարվել է մարմնավաճառությամբ զբաղվելուց կամ աշխատած գումարները 41–ամյա տղամարդուն փոխանցել, վերջինս ամեն անգամ նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն է գործադրել և ընտանիքի անդամների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներ հնչեցրել։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 41–ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 188-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը։

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
