Հայաստանում խոցելի համակարգ է ստեղծվել. Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի իշխանությունների բոլոր գործողություններն ուղղված են, որ Փաշինյանը մնա աթոռին։ Այդ մասին ասել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Մեկնաբանելով Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու հանրաքվեի շուրջ քննարկումները, Կարապետյանը նշում է, թե հեշտ է խոսել պոպուլյար բաների մասին, չարաշահել ռեսուրսները, մամուլը, մոլորեցնել ժողովրդին, բայց քաղաքական գործիչը պետք է ճիշտն ասի ժողովրդին՝ երբևիցե Հայաստանը չի կարող լինել Եվրամիության կազմում։

Նախկին նախարարն արձանագրել է, որ եթե իշխանությունը շարունակեց պոպուլիզմով զբաղվել, կկորցնենք պետականությունը։ Ըստ Կարապետյանի, հայ ժողովրդի բախտը չի բերել քաղաքական ուժերի հարցում։ Ոչ նախկինում, ոչ ներկայում մի բան չուներ։

Անդրադառնալով Պաղեստինի ճանաչմանը, Արշակ Կարապետյանը դրական է գնահատում այդ որոշումը, միաժամանակ հիշեցնում, որ նույն այդ իշխանությունները չճանաչեցին Արցախի անկախությունը։ «Քթի տակ Ղարաբաղը չի ճանաչում, Պաղեստինն է ճանաչում։ Այստեղ հանձնում է մեր հողը, գնում, մի քանի հազար կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Պաղեստին է ճանաչում»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը։ Նրա խոսքով, Իլհամ Ալիևը խնդիր ունի իր երկրի ներսում, սկսեց պատերազմ, որ լուծում է Ղարաբաղի հարցը և չլուծեց։ «Տվեց չորս անգամ ավելի զոհ, բայց խնդիրը չլուծեց։ Մեր երկրի ղեկավարն առանց կրակոցի հանձնում է Արցախը, որ Ալիևը մնա իր պաշտոնին։ Եթե դա դավաճանություն չէ, բա ի՞նչ է»,- նշում է գեներալ-մայորը։

Ըստ Կարապետյանի, ՀՀ իշխանությունը երկրին վերաբերվում է փողոցում դրված սեղանիկի պես։ 90-ականների «դախլի» սեփականատիրոջ հոգեբանություն ունեցող մարդիկ են ղեկավարում Հայաստանը։ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ պայքարելու համար համակարգ է պետք ստեղծել։ Նա ինքն իր անձի անվտանգության համակարգ է ստեղծել, որի դեմ պետք է պայքարել նոր ստեղծվող համակարգով։ Փաշինյանը բավական խոցելի համակարգ է ստեղծել»,- արձանագրել է Կարապետյանը՝ հավելել, թե Հայաստանը պետք է լինի նախագահական երկիր։ «Այսօրվա պայմաններում Հայաստանում երկրի ղեկավար չկա։ Կա մարդ, որը կառավարում է երկրի ֆինանսներն ու ինքն էլ իրեն վերահսկում։ Պետք է լինի նախագահական համակարգ, որտեղ պետք է անջատված լինեն տնտեսությունը, անվտանգությունը։ Ունենք անգրագետ մոնստր՝ ի դեմ Հայաստանի ղեկավարության, որի դեմ օրինական ճանապարհներով պայքարելն անհնար է։ Դրա համար էլ բախումներ են լինում։ Դա պետք է շուտ փոխել»,- ասել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը։
