Փողը պակասեցրե՞լ են. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Հայաստան եկող «արևմտյան դրամաշնորհները» վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, իսկ հունվարից հետո՝ առավել ևս, նկատելիորեն նվազել են։ Ավելին, ինչքան էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմն ինքնամոռաց շարունակում են «սեր խոստովանել» Արևմուտքին, նույն Արևմուտքը բաց տեքստով ցույց է տալիս, որ առանձնապես մեծ հետաքրքրություններ չունի Հայաստանում՝ տարբեր ծրագրերի հետ կապված, առավել ևս, որ այս իշխանությունները նախորդ ծրագրերը մեծամասամբ ձախողել են: Նրանք հստակ ցույց են տալիս, որ, մեծ հաշվով, նրանց միակ խնդիրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու անմիջականորեն իշխող ուժի միջոցով Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելն է։

Ավելին, տարիներ շարունակ իրենց դրամաշնորհներով սնված կառույցների գործունեության արդյունավետությունից ևս, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Արևմուտքում բավական դժգոհ են:Բանն այն է, որ թեպետ հակառուսական տրամադրությունները քիչ չեն, սակայն դրանք Արևմուտքում բավարար չեն համարում, քանի որ հանրության գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը դեմ է Ռուսաստանի հետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունները փչացնելու փաշինյանական քաղաքականությանը: Ըստ այդմ, այս ուղղությամբ ևս արևմտյան դրամաշնորհային հոսքերը նկատելիորեն կրճատվել են։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները միայն այս տարվա ընթացքում երկու անգամ դիմել են դրամաշնորհ տրամադրող երկու կառույցի հայաստանյան «ներկայացուցչություններ», որպեսզի մի քանի ՀԿ-ների գումարներ հատկացվեն տարբեր ծրագրեր իրականացնելու նպատակով, սակայն այդ գումարը չի տրամադրվել։ Ճիշտ է, ուղիղ մերժում չի եղել, բայց շատ «գեղեցիկ» հասկացրել են, որ տվյալ պահին նպատակահարմար չեն գտնում նման հարցերով գումար հատկացնել։
