«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին առաջին հայացքից անմեղ թվացող տեղեկություն է տարածվել Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտի կողմից, թե՝ շինարարական աշխատանքներով պայմանավորված, հուլիսի 10-ից երթևեկության համար ժամանակավորապես կփակվի Հ-58 հանրապետական նշանակության ճանապարհի՝ Կիրանց գյուղով անցնող հատվածը: Առաջարկվում է շրջանցել Աճարկուտով...

Սա, կրկնենք, առաջին հայացքից անմեղ, անգամ՝ շարքային տեղեկություն է: Բոլոր նրանց համար, ում Կիրանց անվանումը ոչինչ չի ասում: Մինչդեռ, նկատենք, խոսքը այն սահմանամերձ գյուղի մասին է, որին պատկանող տարածքների մի որոշակի մասը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա քպական իշխանությունը վերջերս նվիրեցին Հայաստանի ու հայության թշնամի ադրբեջանական թուրքերին: Ստացվում է, որ նախ՝ մի որոշ ժամանակ Կիրանցը «փակ» է լինելու ավտոմոբիլային երթևեկության համար: Թե ինչ աշխատանքներ են տանում ու ինչ նպատակով, դեռևս անհայտ է: Բայց, ուզենք թե չուզենք, հարց է առաջանում՝ տարածքները թշնամուն հանձնելն այդ երբվանի՞ց են սկսել կոչվել «շինարարական աշխատանքներ»:

Մի քանի օր առաջ, նկատենք, Փաշինյանը գնացել էր Կիրանց ու մերձակա այլ տարածքներ, ինչպես կարելի էր հասկանալ՝ «այլընտրանքային ճանապարհների» անցկացման ընթացքին հետևելու: Թե՞ «շինարարական աշխատանքներ» ասելով՝ նկատի ունեն ընդհանրապես բոլոր ճանապարհների փակումը: Ի դեպ, երեկ պարզվեց, որ հեռահաղորդակցության օպերատորների մի մասի ինտերնետ և բջջային կապի խզումները պայմանավորված են նույն «շինարարական աշխատանքներով»:

Պարզ ասած՝ այնպես են «շինարարական աշխատել», որ տվել ու համապատասխան մալուխները կտրտել են: Երևի պիտի ինչ-որ տեղ ուրախ լինենք, որ միանգամից մայր գազատարը չեն պայթեցրել: Իսկ եթե ավելի լուրջ, ապա այս ամենը մեկ անգամ ևս ցույց է տալիս, թե, ի թիվս ամենի, ինչ այլ առարկայական խնդիրների առջև է կանգնելու Հայաստանը «փաշինյանական» հանձնողականությունից: Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ ինչեր են սպասվում, եթե Փաշինյանի գործընկեր Ալիևը որոշի ժամանակ առ ժամանակ «շինարարական աշխատանքներ» կատարել մեր ինտերնետ կապի ու գազատարի մերձակայքում...
