Ի՞նչ ռիսկեր կարող են լինել Հայաստանի համար Իրանի նախագահական ընտրությունների արդյունքում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Իրանում օրերս տեղի ունեցան նախագահական ընտրություններ, որոնց արդյունքում հաղթանակ տարավ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանը: Կան քաղաքագետներ, որոնք կարծում են, թե այս ընտրությունից քաղաքական կուրսի էական փոփոխություն ակնկալել պետք չէ, քանի որ այդ երկրում արտաքին քաղաքական ուղղությունները նախանշում է երկրի գերագույն հոգևոր առաջնորդ այաթոլլահ Ալի Խամենեին, իսկ նախագահը գործում է նրա գծած շրջանակներում: Այսինքն, կա տեսակետ, որ չպետք է նաև լուրջ փոփոխություն սպասել Հայաստան-Իրան բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններում։

Այդուամենայնիվ, քիչ չեն փորձագետները, որոնք վստահ են, որ չի կարելի բացառել որոշակի ռիսկերը: Մեզ հետ զրույցում Հայաստանի միջազգայնագետներից մեկը նշեց, որ առաջին ռիսկերը կարող են վերաբերել Իրանի ու ԱՄՆ-ի (հատկապես, որ այստեղ էլ աշնանը սպասվում են ընտրություններ, և նախագահի փոփոխությունը չի բացառվում) երկխոսության հնարավորություններին, ինչպես նաև Իրանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների որոշակի վերանայմանը, որոնք կարող են էապես ստվերել Հայաստանի շահերը: Առավել ևս, եթե Ադրբեջանը շարունակի իր հակաարևմտյան «գիծը»: Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքերով, շատ ավելի ուշադիր պետք է լինել Իրան-Ռուսաստան հարաբերությունների կոնտեքստում. այստեղ ևս երկխոսության որոշակի տրանսֆորմացիայի դեպքում (ընդ որում՝ ցանկացած տրանսֆորմացիայի) դարձյալ կարող են մեր երկրի շահերը ստորադասվել:

Իսկ ի՞նչ է անում Հայաստանը: «Ցավոք, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր խմբակը փաստացի Հայաստանը դարձնում են աշխարհաքաղաքական մանրադրամ, ինչի արդյունքում կա վտանգ՝ հայտնվելու աշխարհաքաղաքական բախման թատերաբեմում: Նրանք, փոխանակ ամրապնդելու Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունները, նույնիսկ բարեկամ երկրի հետ զորավարժություններ անելու, վերջինիս հակառակորդ երկրի՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ են ուսումնական վարժանքներ կազմակերպում, ավելի են մխրճվում արևմտյան սարդոստայնում: Սա կարող է չափազանց վտանգավոր լինել»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
