Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Իրան առանցքը կարող է ապահովել տևական և կայուն խաղաղություն. կարևոր է կենտրոնանալ ազգային շահերի վրա. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Ով էլ դառնա Իրանի նոր նախագահը՝ այդ երկրի քաղաքականությունը տարածաշրջանի հանդեպ չի փոխվելու։ Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին այդ մասին ասել է լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, դեսպանատանը Իրանի նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլի քվեարկությանը։ Դեսպանը կրկին շեշտել է, որ տարածաշրջանի խնդիրները պետք է տարածաշրջանի ներսում լուծվեն: Դա է պատճառը, որ Իրանն ակտիվորեն առաջ է մղում 3+3 ձևաչափը, թեև այն առաջարկել էր Ադրբեջանը՝ Թուրքիայի հովանավորությամբ։

3+3 ձևաչափն արդեն մոռացության է մատնվել Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից, բայց պաշտոնական Թեհրանը, որը կտրուկ դեմ է արտահայտվում արտատարածաշրջանային երկրների մուտքին Հարավային Կովկաս, պնդում է այդ ձևաչափի անհրաժեշտության վրա։ «Ցանկացած լարված իրավիճակ, ցանկացած պատերազմ եթե տեղի ունենա տարածաշրջանում, դրա ազդեցությունը, հետևանքները լինելու են տարածաշրջանում ապրող ժողովուրդների վրա: Ուստի, երբ ասում ենք 3+3, դա տարածաշրջանի երկրների և այն երկրների, որոնք իրար հետ ունեն հակամարտություն, այդ շրջանակում ընդգրկում է, որի շրջանակում մենք պետք է հասնենք հարատև խաղաղության: Սա պետք է դիտարկել մեկ ամբողջական փաթեթի շրջանակում, միայն քաղաքական կողմը չպետք է դիտարկել, այլև տնտեսական հարցեր, առևտրի հարցեր, տարածաշրջանում ապրող ժողովուրդների փոխադարձ այցելությունների հարցեր»,-ասել է դեսպանը։

Խոսելով հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության մասին՝ դեսպանը նշել է, թե Իրանի դիրքորոշումը հստակ է, դա միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների մասին է։ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը տարածաշրջանի երկրների, մասնավորապես, Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի հետ է։ Մասնագետները վաղուց են արձանագրել, որ միայն Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Իրան առանցքը կարող է ապահովել տևական և կայուն խաղաղություն:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ կարևոր է կենտրոնանալ ազգային շահերի վրա, այսինքը՝ վերջ տալ արտաքին գերակայությունների փոփոխմանը, պրագմատիկ մոտենալ եվրոպական գործընկերների հետ երկխոսությանը և դրան օբյեկտիվ գնահատական տալ։

«Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները դաշնակցական մակարդակի հասցնել, մասնակցել տնտեսական և ռազմաքաղաքական համատեղ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներին։ Ռազմավարական փոխշահավետ երկխոսություն կառուցել Իրանի հետ։ Նախաձեռնել Հարավային Ռազմական Դաշինքի ստեղծում՝ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի մասնակցությամբ, որը նաև բաց է լինելու Հնդկաստանի և բոլոր այն երկրների համար, որոնք շահագրգրված են տարածաշրջանում կայունություն հաստատելու գործում»,- նշել է գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
