Անկախությունից ի վեր Հայաստանը երբեք չէր եղել այսպիսի նվաստացուցիչ իրավիճակում. Նաիրի Սարգսյան

Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս պետական կարևոր տոնի՝ Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ:
1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին մեր ժողովուրդն «Այո» ասելով անկախությանը ցույց տվեց, որ ընտրում է ինքնիշխան, ժողովրդավար ու բարեկեցիկ երկիր։ Փաստաթուղթը ոչ միայն խորհրդանշում էր մեր նոր պետականությունը, այլև ամուր հիմքեր սահմանում Հայաստանի կառուցման, զարգացման համար:
Դրանից տարիներ անց՝ 1995 թվականի հուլիսի 5-ին, Սահմանադրության ընդունումով ամրագրվեց մեր պետականության ինքնիշխանությունը: Սահմանադրությունը հանրապետության Մայր օրենքն է, մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի իրավունքների ու ազատությունների պաշտպանության գլխավոր իրավական երաշխիքը:
Անկախությունից ի վեր Հայաստանը երբեք չէր եղել այսպիսի նվաստացուցիչ իրավիճակում, երբ հարևան պետություններից որևէ մեկի ղեկավարն իրեն թույլ տար խառնվել Հայաստանի ներքին հարցերին, պահանջեր երկրի Մայր օրենքի՝ Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն։
Այսօր առավել քան երբևէ կարևոր է գիտակցել, որ Սահմանադրության բուն էությունը պետությունը և քաղաքացին են, և թույլ չտալը, որ որևէ մեկը սպառնա մեր պետականությանը, ներսից ու դրսից թուլացնի այն, անարգի ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ազատ և անկախ ապրելու իրավունքը։
Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Սահմանադրության օրվա կապակցությամբ, մաղթում ամրություն մեր պետականությանը, բարեկեցիկ և ապահով կյանք մեր քաղաքացիներին։
