Այսօր ՀՀ Սահմանադրության օրն է

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

1991թ. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության վերականգնմամբ անխուսափելի դարձավ նոր՝ ազգային սահմանադրության ընդունումը։ Սահմանադրությունն ընդունվեց 1995 թ. հուլիսի 5-ին համաժողովրդական հանրաքվեով՝ հետագայում հանրաքվեներով (2005, 2015) ենթարկվելով փոփոխությունների։ Սահմանադրության ընդունումից հետո հուլիսի 5-ը դարձավ պետական տոն՝ Սահմանադրության օր։

ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը Հայաստանի իրավական համակարգի հիմքն է՝ երկրի հիմնական օրենքը, որին պետք է համապատասխանեն մյուս բոլոր օրենքներն ու իրավական ակտերը։ Սահմանադրությունը նաև արժեքաբանական-գաղափարական փաստաթուղթ է, որը սահմանում է հասարակության կազմակերպման ամենահիմնական սկզբունքները, որոնց գործնական կիրառմանը և ամրապնդմանը պետք է ձգտի պետությունը։

«Հայ ժողովուրդը, հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի անկախության մասին հռչակագրում հաստատագրված հայոց պետականության հիմնարար սկզբունքները եւ համազգային նպատակները, իրականացրած ինքնիշխան պետության վերականգնման իր ազատասեր նախնիների սուրբ պատգամը, նվիրված հայրենիքի հզորացմանը եւ բարգավաճմանը, ապահովելու համար սերունդների ազատությունը, ընդհանուր բարեկեցությունը, քաղաքացիական համերաշխությունը, հավաստելով հավատարմությունը համամարդկային արժեքներին, ընդունում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությունը»,-այս տողերով է սկսվում ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը:

Սահմանադրությունն ամրագրեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնույթը՝ որպես ինքնիշխան, ժողովրդավարական, իրավական և սոցիալական պետություն, հռչակեց մարդու և քաղաքացու հիմնական իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները, սահմանեց հանրապետության կառավարման ձևը՝ հիմնված օրենսդիր, գործադիր և դատական իշխանությունների տարանջատման սկզբունքի վրա։

2017թ. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությամբ ամրագրվեց նաև պետական խորհրդանշանները օրը: Պետական խորհրդանշաններն են դրոշը, զինանշանը, օրհներգը` «Մեր հայրենիք»-ը: Այս օրն ավանդաբար անցկացվում է տոնական քայլերթ:
