ԵՄ-ն Եգիպտոսին 1 մլրդ եվրո է հատկացրել՝ տնտեսական բարեփոխումներին աջակցելու համար

Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը հայտարարել է, որ Բրյուսելը 1 մլրդ եվրո է հատկացրել Կահիրեին՝ երկրի տնտեսական բարեփոխումներին աջակցելու նպատակով։  

Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ հավելելով, որ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը համապատասխան հայտարարություն է արել Կահիրեում Եգիպտոս-ԵՄ ներդրումային համաժողովի բացման արարողության ժամանակ։

«Մարտին մենք Եգիպտոսի հետ 7,4 մլրդ եվրոյի չափով օգնության պայմանագիր ենք ստորագրել, իսկ այսօր խոստացված գումարի առաջին միլիարդը հատկացնում ենք Կահիրեին՝ երկրում իրականացվող տնտեսական բարեփոխումներին աջակցելու նպատակով»,-հայտարարել է Ֆոն դեր Լայենը՝ հավելելով, որ Եգիպտոսի տնտեսական ոլորտում փոփոխությունները կնպաստեն ներդրողների էլ ավելի մեծ ներգրավմանը Եգիպտոսի տնտեսությանը և երկրում կստեղծեն նոր աշխատատեղեր։ 

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ֆորումի մասնակիցները նախատեսում են ստորագրել ավելի քան 20 փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ 40 միլիարդ եվրո ընդհանուր արժեքով»,-հավելել է Ֆոն դեր Լայենը։ 

Նա նշել է, որ համաձայնագրերը կընդգրկեն մի քանի ոլորտներ, մասնավորապես՝ կանաչ ջրածնի արտադրությունը, ավիացիոն և ավտոմոբիլային արդյունաբերությունը և քիմիական արդյունաբերությունը։

Եգիպտոսի նախագահ Աբդել Ֆաթահ աս-Սիսին իր ելույթում նշել է, որ երկիրը ներկայում բախվում է միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային մակարդակներում իրար հաջորդող ճգնաժամերի, որոնց բացասական հետևանքները զգում են աշխարհի բոլոր երկրները։

«Այս առումով, Եգիպտոսի և նրա եվրոպացի գործընկերների միջև փոխադարձ աջակցությունն ու համակարգումը առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունեն»,-ընդգծել է Եգիպտոսի ղեկավարը։

Կահիրեում բացվել է Եգիպտոս-ԵՄ ձևաչափով երկօրյա ներդրումային ֆորում։ Համաժողովն անցկացվում է «Բացելով Եգիպտոսի ներուժը արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհում» կարգախոսով և անցկացվում է երկրի նախագահի հովանու ներքո։ 

Միջոցառման կազմակերպիչների խոսքով՝ ֆորումի մասնակիցները նախատեսում են քննարկել Եգիպտոսի և ԵՄ-ի միջև համագործակցության ամրապնդումը տնտեսական, նորարարության, տրանսպորտի, էներգետիկայի, տեխնոլոգիաների և այլ ոլորտներում:

Նախատեսվում է առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն հատկացնել եվրոպական ներդրումների ներգրավմանը Եգիպտոսի տնտեսության մի շարք ոլորտներում, մասնավորապես՝ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման, էներգիայի այլընտրանքային աղբյուրների որոնման, ջրամատակարարման ցանցերի բարելավման, առողջապահության և կրթության ոլորտներում:
