Ոչ միայն Փաշինյանը, այլ նաև նրա ողջ թիմն է կանգնելու «Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի» առջև․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

«Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալն» արդեն սեպտեմբերին կկայացնի որոշում, և գործող իշխանություններն ամբողջ կազմով կկանգնեն տրիբունալի առջև։ Այդ մասին «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշել էր «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարի ընթացքում։

Ըստ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարի՝ ահռելի աշխատանք կա կատարելու մինչև այդ ժամկետը։ Տրիբունալի ստեղծման մասին Կարապետյանը հայտնել էր դեռևս կուսակցության առաջին համագումարի ընթացքում, նշելով, որ այդ տրիբունալի կազմում ընդգրկվելու են անվանի իրավաբաններ, հանրային գործիչներ, մարդիկ, որոնց կայացրած վճիռն անբեկանելի և լիակատար ընդունելի է լինելու թե՛ հանրության և թե՛ իրավական շրջանակների համար։

Ըստ Կարապետյանի՝ Արցախի հարցով փաշինյանական վարչախմբի գործունեությունը լիովին դավաճանական է, դա է վկայում նույնիսկ Երևանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչության վրա կատարված գրոհը։ «Ես չէի էլ պատկերացնում, որ երբևիցե Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունը Երևանում կունենա խնդիր»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը և հավելել, թե՝ «Ադրբեջանը 30 տարի զրկվելով Արցախից՝ չհրաժարվեց, իրենց մոտ ստեղծեցին վտարանդի կառավարություն, բոլոր միջազգային ատյաններում պնդում էին, որ Արցախն իրենցն է, գրքեր էին գրում, նույնիսկ «Ղարաբաղ» անունով ֆուտբոլի թիմ էլ ունեին։ Բոլոր ձևերով պայքարում էին, իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կես տարվա ընթացքում պարզապես հրաժարվեցին սեփական երկրից»։

Այս ամենը, ըստ Արշակ Կարապետյանի, լիովին տեղավորվում է տրիբունալի գործունեության մեջ և բոլոր այս հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և դրանից հետո Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը լինելու է տրիբունալի քննարկման առարկան։ Արդեն կարճ ժամանակ անց տրիբունալը, որն ըստ բազմաթիվ տեղեկությունների, ձևավորվել և զգալի աշխատանք է կատարել, կներկայացվի հանրությանը և այդ տրիբունալում ընդգրկված անձանց ներկայությունը շոկային է լինելու հենց փաշինյանական վարչախմբի համար, որոնք բոլոր մեթոդներով փորձում են պայքարել տրիբունալի ստեղծման դեմ՝ հասկանալով, որ իրավական ճանապարհը չափազանց լուրջ խնդիրներ է ստեղծելու իրենց համար և թույլ չի տալու խուսափել պատմության դատաստանից։

Ընդ որում, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշում է, որ ոչ միայն Փաշինյանը, այլ նաև նրա ողջ թիմն է կանգնելու տրիբունալի առջև։ Տևական ժամանակ Փաշինյանի կողմնակիցներին կոչ էին անում լքել դավաճան կառավարությունն ու խմբակցությունը, անցնել ժողովրդի կողմը, սակայն ՔՊ-ականները նախընտրեցին մնալ և Փաշինյանի հետ կիսել ողջ պատասխանատվությունը։
