Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, դատավոր Արմեն Բեկթաշյանի նախագահությամբ, շարունակվեց «զինված խմբի» գործով դատական քննությունը:

Դատարանում հարցաքննվեց սույն գործի անջատված մասով մեղադրյալ, այս գործով առանցքային վկա, «Ռադիո Մարիամի» Գյումրու մասնաճյուղի լրագրող Լիլիթ Թորոսյանը: Վերջինիս հարցաքննությունը դեռ չսկսած, մեղադրող դատախազը միջնորդեց դատարանին արգելել լրագրողներին տեսանկարահանումներ իրականացնել: Չնայած պաշտպանական կողմի առարկությանը, դատարանը բավարարեց մեղադրողի միջնորդությունը, եւ հրամայեց տեսանկարահանող սարքերը դուրս բերել նիստերի դահլիճից:

Գործով առանցքային վկա Լիլիթ Թորոսյանն արդեն մի քանի ամսի է ազատ է արձակվել. ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների՝ նա ազատ է արձակվել այն բանից հետո, երբ ամբաստանյալների դեմ ցուցմունք է տվել: Այսօր սույն վկան հայտարարեց, որ օգտվելով իր իրավունքից՝ չի ցանկանում ցուցմունք տա, եւ խնդրեց հիմք ընդունել նախաքննության ընթացքում տված իր ցուցմունքները: Մեղադրողը դրանք հրապարակելու միջնորդությամբ հանդես եկավ, ինչի դեմ առարկեց պաշտպանական կողմը: Ի վերջո, հրապարակվեց Լիլիթ Թորոսյանի նախաքննական ցուցմունքները, որոնք բավական ծավալուն էին:
