Արտառոց դեպք Գյումրիում. աղջիկը հայտնաբերել է, որ հոր գերեզմանում այլ անձի են հուղարկավորել. ովքե՞ր են հանել դագաղը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով բացահայտվել է Գյումրիում հանգուցյալի գերեզմանը, դիակը անարգելու դեպք։ Քրեական գործով երեք անձ ներգրավվել է որպես կասկածյալ, որոնցից մեկը ձերբակալվել է։

2017թ. օգոստոսի 23-ին Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակչուհուց հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ հայրը մահացել է 27.03.2013թ. և հուղարկավորվել Գյումրու թիվ 2 գերեզմանատանը գտնվող իրենց ընտանեկան գերեզմանոցում, որտեղ ինքը վերջին անգամ այցելել է 2016թ. մայիսին: 2017թ. օգոստոսի 22-ին, այցելելով ընտանեկան գերեզմանոց, պարզել է, որ այնտեղ հուղարկավորված է մեկ այլ անձ, իսկ գերեզմանի տեղում կառուցված է նոր գերեզման:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 265-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում: Որոշում է կայացվել քրեական գործով նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարել քննչական խմբին:

Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, բացահայտվել հանցավոր այլ դրսևորումներ։

Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ ՓԲԸ ընկերության տնօրենը նշված գերեզմանի տարածքը 2016թ. հոկտեմբերին հատկացրել է մեկ այլ քաղաքացուհու հուղարկավորության համար՝ պահանջելով որոշակի գումար։

Ընդ որում, ո՛չ նախկինում հուղարկավորված անձի հարազատներն են իմացել, որ իրենց ընտանեկան գերեզմանի տարածքը տրամադրվել է այլ քաղաքացու, ո՛չ էլ մահացած կնոջ հարազատներն են տեղեկացված եղել, որ հուղարկավորության համար իրենց հատկացվել է մեկ այլ անձի գերեզմանատեղ։

Բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև, որ խաբեությունը քողարկելու համար գերեզմանի տարածքից հանվել է նախկին հանգուցյալի դագաղը, պարզվել այն բանվորների ինքնությունը, ովքեր գերեզմանոցում իրականացրել են փորման աշխատանքները, հանել դագաղը։

Վերջիններս ներգրավվել են որպես կասկածյալ և հարցաքննվել։ Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին։ Եվս մեկ անձ՝ ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրենը, ձերբակալվել է՝ խարդախությամբ վստահությունը չարաշահելով գումար հափշտակելու կասկածանքով։

Քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու գերեզմանի անարգմանը մասնակցություն ունեցած այլ անձանց ինքնությունը, անհատականացնելու նրանց գործողությունները, հստակեցնելու անմիջական ցուցում տված անձին։
