Արտակարգ իրավիճակ՝ Երևանում. քամին Նոր Նորքում պոկել է բարձրահարկ շենքի տանիքն ու վնասել մի քանի մեքենա

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Հունիսի 20-ին ուժեղ քամու հետևանքով վնասվել է նաև Երևան քաղաքի Գյուիքևխվյան փողոցի բազմահարկ շենքի տանիքը:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, թիթեղյա տանիքը պոկվել և մոտ 200-300 մետր շպրտվել էր ու ընկել փողոցով երթևեկեող ավտոմեքենայի վրա:

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ բարեբախտաբար տուժածներ չկան:

Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արսեն Ստեփանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Վլադիմիր Դերձյան գլխավորությամբ:  

Ժամանել էին նաև «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա», «Տրանսգազ» և Երևանի ԳԳՄ-ի աշխատակիցները:

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ քամու հետևանքով պոկվել էին նաև շենքի հատվածի որոշ քարեր, ու վնասել էին բակում կայանված մի քանի ավտոմեքենաներ:

Ժամանել էին նաև Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմից:

Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել նաև ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի տեսուչների գլխավորությամբ, ովքեր դեպքի փաստով փաստաթղթեր էին ձևակերպում:

Թե ով է փոխհատուցելու քաղաքացիներին պատճառված վնասը, քաղաքացիները իրենք նույնպես չգիտեին:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հունիսի 20-ին ուժեղ քամու հետևանքով արտակարգ իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Երևանում։ Ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Գայի պողոտա - Գյուլիքխևյան խաչմերուկում թիթեղյա տանիքը պոկվել ու ընկել է ավտոմեքենայի վրա և ճանապարհը դարձել է անանցանելի։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել էին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արսեն Ստեփանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Վլադիմիր Դերձյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Պարեկները սահմանազատել էին տարածքը և սպասում էին, որպեսզի դեպքի վայր ժամանեն ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայությունից, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմից։

Պարեկային ծառայությունը պարզում է վնասված ավտոմեքենայի սեփականատիրոջ ինքնությունը, ինչպես նաև՝ արդյո՞ք տուժած կամ տուժածներ կան։
