Կոնվերս Բանկը բիզնեսին աջակցում է պարտատոմսերի թողարկման հարցում

Կոնվերս Բանկը ներկայացրել է պարտատոմսերի թողարկմամբ ֆինանսական միջոցների ներգրավման հնարավորությունը և այդ հարցում իր փորձառությունը: Սա լավագույն այլընտրանքն է պարտքի դիվերսիֆիկացման տեսանկյունից, որի շնորհիվ, միաժամանակ, ընկերությունը դառնում է առավել ճանաչելի կապիտալի շուկաներում, բարձրանում է վստահությունն ընկերության նկատմամբ:

Կոնվերս Բանկի կորպորատիվ ներդրումային բանկային ծառայությունների բաժնի պետ Էլեն Քարիմյանի խոսքով, միջոցներ ներգրավելու այս ուղին բիզնեսին հնարավորություն է տալիս որոշակիորեն անկախ լինել բանկային վարկային պրոդուկտներից ու ավելի լավ կառավարել ներգրավված միջոցները, ինչպես նաև ստեղծում է կորպորատիվ կառավարման նոր մշակույթ։

«Սա բիզնեսի զարգացման նպատակով ներդրումների ներգրավման լավագույն եղանակներից է, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս միջոցներ ներգրավել առանց էական հավելյալ ծախսերի, առանց գրավի ու երաշխավորության, իսկ պարտատոմսերի շրջանառման ընթացքում չմարել անվանական արժեքը՝ այդ գումարն ուղղելով բիզնեսի զարգացմանը»,-ասել է նա: 

Եվրոթերմ ընկերության տնօրեն Վահե Ղազարյանը ներկայացրել է պարտատոմսերի թողարկման հարցում Բանկի հետ համագործակցությունը: Կոնվերս Բանկի աջակցությամբ այդ ընկերությունը թողարկել, հաջողությամբ տեղաբաշխել և ցուցակել է 500 մլն ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր անվանական ծավալով պարտատոմս:

Նրա խոսքով՝ «պարտատոմսերի թողարկումը նոր հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում տնտեսվարողների համար, սովորական կարճաժամկետ նախագծերից հնարավոր է դառնում անցում կատարել երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական նախագծերի մշակմանն ու իրականացմանը»: 

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև պետական սուբսիդավորման ծրագրից օգտվելու հնարավորությունը: Դրա շրջանակում պարտատոմսերի՝ բորսայում ցուցակվելուց հետո տնտեսվարողը ստանում է սուբսիդավորում թողարկման անվանական արժեքի 2%-ի, իսկ շրջանառման տարիների համար՝ 3-ական տոկոսի չափով:
