«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ուշադիր ընթերցողը նկատած կլինի, որ մենք, որպես կանոն, առանձին քպական պատգամավորների մեծամասամբ չենք անդրադառնում, քանզի առաջին հերթին նրանք բոլորն էլ «մի սանրի կտավ» են: Դե, գուցե մի քանի բացառություններով: Բայց նրանցից մեկը երեկ այնպիսի զավեշտալի արտահայտություն է արել, որ անհնար է դրան չանդրադառնալ: Քանի որ քպականների դեպքում առանձին անունները ոչինչ չեն նշանակում, ուղղակի ասենք՝ «նիկոլներից» մեկը երեկ ասել է, թե «փողոցով իշխանության չեն գալիս»: Հետո, որպեսզի շատ զավեշտալի վիճակում չհայտնվի, սույն քպականը ավելի զավեշտալի բաներ է ասել:

Հետագա ընտրությունները ևս, ինչի մասին խոսում է նշյալ քպականը, կազմակերպվել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչապետության պարագայում՝ կիրառելով տոտալ ռեսուրս, արձանագրելով մասնակցության ցածր տոկոս: Ընդ որում, 2018 թ. դեկտեմբերից հետո կայացած ընտրություններում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իր թիմի ստացած տոկոսները սրընթաց անկում են գրանցել, ընդ որում՝ 2021 թվականին նրանց փաստացի քվե է տվել բոլոր ընտրողների մոտ 25 տոկոսը:
