ԵՄ-ում փորձում են կանխել չինական արևային մարտկոցների տարածումը

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովն առաջիկայում մեծ հետաքննություն է սկսելու, որն առավելապես միտված է չինական արևային սարքավորումների հետ մրցակցության հարցում եվրոպացի ներդրողներին օգնելուն։

Մասնավորապես դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը հայտարարել էր, որ հետաքննություն են սկսել Չինաստանի իշխանություների կողմից արևային սարքավորումների չինացի արտադրողների հնարավոր սուբսիդավորման հանգամանքները պարզելու։ Եթե նման փաստեր հայտնաբերվեն, Չինաստանից արևային վահանաների ներմուծումը Եվրոպա կարող է իրականացվել ավելացված դրույքաչափերով մաքսատուրքերով, ինչը թույլ կտա եվրոպական արտադրողներին մնալ «ազնիվ» մրցակցության պայմաններում։

Խնդիրն իրականում բոլորովին այլ է, եվրոպական իշխանությունները, գրեթե բավարարելով իրենց անհրաժեշտ ծավալը Չինաստանից սարքավորումների ներմուծման, այժմ էլ փորձում են օգնել սեփական արտադրողներին։

Մի շարք առաջատար գործարաններ և ձեռնարկություններ վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում պարզապես լքել էին Եվրամիությունը և տեղափոխվել ԱՄՆ, որտեղ իշխանությունները նրանց համար արտոնյալ պայմաններ են ստեղծել, բավականին լուրջ գումարներ են սուբսիդավորում, նաև ահռելի մաքսատուրքեր են դրել չինական սարքավորումների վրա՝ թույլ չտալով ներմուծումն իրականացնել և ազդեցություն ունենալ ամերիկյան արևային շուկայի վրա։

Եվրամիությունում իրավիճակը բոլորովին հակառակն է, չինական ընկերությունները գրեթե զավթել են եվրոպական ամբողջ շուկան և մեկ, մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում այնքան սարքավորումներ են լցրել, որ եվրոպական երկրները գրեթե ամբողջությամբ թոթափել են արդյունահանվող վառելիքից կախվածությունը։ Այժմ Եվրամիությունը ցանկանում է նաև ազատվել չինական էներգետիկ կախվածությունից։

Հետաքննության զեկույցն առաջիկայում կհրապարակվի, ըստ փորձագետների, լիովին կբխի եվրոպական արտադրողների շահերից։

Հայաստանն արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն ունի՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
