«Մեզ հետ խոսում են ուլտիմատումի լեզվով». ի՞նչ էր ժամանակին զգուշացնում Արշակ Կարապետյանը

Օրերս Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե Երևանի ու Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումն անհնար է առանց ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության։

Ուշագրավ է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռևս հունվարի 19-ին հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանը նոր Սահմանադրության կարիք ունի, իսկ փետրվարի 1-ին Հանրային ռադիոյի եթերում ասել էր, որ հարկավոր է կարգավորել հռչակագրի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները։

Նրա խոսքով, եթե մեր պետական քաղաքականության հիմքում դրվի ԼՂ Ազգային խորհրդի և Հայաստանի Գերագույն խորհրդի որոշումը Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի վերամիավորման մասին, նշանակում է՝ խաղաղություն երբեք էլ չենք ունենա։

Այսինքն, ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է պայմաններ թելադրել, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է իր պատրաստակամությունը` կատարել այդ պահանջները՝ ի վնաս Հայաստանի:

Մասնավորաբար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը ժամանակին զգուշացնում էր, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ որևէ մեկը չի բանակցելու, իսկ Ադրբեջանը միայն պահանջներ է ներկայացնելու: Վերջերս Կարապետյանը նաև նշել էր. «Մեզ հետ խոսում են ուլտիմատումի լեզվով: Տեսեք` ինչ է ասում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը. ասում է՝ եթե չտանք, պատերազմ կլինի: Միևնույն ժամանակ ասում է՝ եթե տվեցինք, դարձյալ երաշխիք չկա, որ պատերազմ չի լինի: Հարց է առաջանում՝ բա էլ ինչո՞ւ ենք տալիս»:
