Հայաստանն անկայուն արժեքների երկիր է։ Այս հանգամանքն հատկապես փայլուն նկատվում է հայոց քաղաքական դաշտում։ Ճամբարափոխությունները, քաղաքական հաճախորդների շքերթները, իշխանությանը սպասարկող երևույթները բազմաթիվ են մեզանում։

Այդ դաշտում կա մի գործիչ. որի անունն է Էդմոն Մարուքյան։ Եթե հիմա մենք նրան անվանենք իշխանության դրածո կամ բյուջետային «ընդդիմադիր», առանձնապես նորություն ասած չենք լինի։ Նմանատիպ բազմաթիվ պնդումներ արել է նրա ներկայիս կոալիցիոն գործընկեր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Բայց մարդիկ միմյանց մեջ որոշել են, որ այլևս ծախու չեն ու շարժվել առաջ։ Չենք քննարկի նաև Էդմոն Մարուքյանի հայտնի փեսայի կադրը լինելու հանգամանքը։ Դրանք օդում կախված լուրեր են, բայց հիմնականում, Հայաստանում այդ օդում կախված լուրերն իրավացի են լինում։

Մեզ ավելի շատ հետաքրքրում է պարոն Մարուքյանի արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշումը։ Ինչպես գիտենք, նա արևմտամետ գործիչ է։ Երբ Հայաստանը տապալեց ԵՄ հետ բանակցությունները և մեկ գիշերում հայտնվեց ԵԱՏՄ-ում, պարոն Մարուքյանը պատգամավոր լինելով հանդերձ, բացի մեկ-երկու հարցազրույցից, այլ բան չարեց։

Չի անում նաև հիմա, երբ մոտ են այդ նույն ԵՄ-ի հետ պայմանագիր ստորագրելու նախանշանները։ Տարօրինակն այստեղ այն է, որ պարոն Մարուքյանը հարցազրույց է տալիս ու փոխարենն անդրադառնա իր քաղաքական կողմնորոշման՝ արևմտամետության դրական կողմերին, խոսում է միայն Ռուսաստանի ու ռուսական գործոնի մասին։ Ընդունենք, որ սա անլուրջ է։ Ենթադրենք Դուք մանկավարժ եք, Ձեզ ասում են ներկայացրեք, թե ինչո՞վ է Ձեր ծրագիրն ավելի կենսունակ։ Իսկ Ձեր ծրագիրը ներկայացնելու փոխարեն, Դուք խոսում եք մեկ ուրիշի առարկայական ցանկությունների մասին։ Հավատացեք, կհայտնվեք ծիծաղելի վիճակում։ Հիմա նույն վիճակում է հայտնվել Էդմոն Մարուքյանը, երբ ԵՄ մասին խոսելու փոխարեն, խոսում է այն մասին, թե ինչ է ցանկանում Ռուսաստանը և ինչ կարող է թույլ տալ մեզ։
