«Ես ձեզ կասեմ, թե ինչու են ուզում, որ այս օրենքն ընդունվի Հայաստանի նման երկրներում։

Շատ երկրներում ոչ միայն դա ողջունելի չէ, այլ դրա համար բավականին խիստ պատժում են՝ ոչ ավանդական ամուսնությունների համար և այլն, և այդ մարդիկ այդ պատրվակով գալիս են եվրոպական երկրներ, ոմանք ստում են, որ այնտեղ մնան, ինչ-որ արտոնություններ ստանան և այլն:

Դրա համար էլ Հայաստանի նման երկիր է պետք, և այդ մարդկանց կասեն. – «Արդեն ձեզ այնտեղ, Հայաստանում էլ են թույլ տվել, մենք ձեզ այնտեղ կարտաքսենք»։ 

Դա քաղաքականություն է, քանի որ եվրոպացիներին էլ դա պետք չէ», - ասաց Արշակ Կարապետյանը:
