Երկխոսություն Ռուսաստանի և աշխարհի միջև. Մոսկվայում կայացած համաժողովում հանդիպել են գիտությունն ու աշխարհաքաղաքականությունը

Մայիսի 23-ին Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաքում տեղի ունեցավ «Ռուսաստանը և աշխարհը. երկխոսություններ - 2024. Ձգողականության ուժեր» VIII միջազգային գիտագործնական գիտաժողովի բացումն ու մեկնարկը՝ հագեցած Ռուսաստանի և այլ երկրների մասնագետների ելույթներով ու զեկույցներով։

«Բազմաբևեռ աշխարհում միշտ կան ձգողականության կետեր: Եվ Ռուսաստանը այդ երկրներից մեկն է»,- համաժողովի բացման օրը հաստատել է Վլադիսլավ Գասումյանովը։

Միջոցառման կազմակերպիչներն իրենց առջև բավականին հավակնոտ խնդիր են դրել՝ զարգացնել իսկապես փորձագիտական ​​դիվանագիտությունը և գիտական ​​փոխգործակցությունը հետխորհրդային և եվրասիական տարածքում: Տարբեր մասնագիտությունների և ոլորտների գիտնականներ հավաքվել են Մոսկվայում, որտեղ նրանք կարողացել են ամփոփել Դուշանբեում, Բիշքեկում, Ցխինվալիում, Մինսկում և Թբիլիսիում նախկինում հնչած բազմաթիվ թեզեր:

Ինչպես ցույց է տվել համաժողովի առաջին օրը, վերը նշված ձգողականության ուժն իսկապես գոյություն ունի և չի թուլանում նույնիսկ ԽՍՀՄ հանրապետությունների միջև պաշտոնական կապերի նահանջով։ Միջոցառմանը ելույթ են ունեցել ոչ միայն ռուսաստանցի մասնագետները, այլ նաև Ղազախստանից, Ղրղզստանից, Հայաստանից, Տաջիկստանից, BRICS անդամ երկրներից, ՇՀԿ-ից, ԵԱՏՄ-ից և ԱՊՀ-ից նրանց գործընկերները։

Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ մեծ ուշադրություն և ռուս գիտնականների նկատմամբ հստակ մասնագիտական ​​գրավչություն են ցուցաբերել սլավոնական երկրների փորձագետները, որոնք ավանդաբար շատ խորը կապեր ունեն Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ Բուլղարիա, Սլովակիա, Բելառուս: Համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես է եկել հեղինակավոր և հարգարժան փորձագետ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, Սլովակիայի Հանրապետության նախկին վարչապետ Յան Չարնոգուրսկին, ով Ռուսաստանն անվանել է «ողջ սլավոնական աշխարհի հիմնասյունը»։

Չարնոգուրսկին հիշեցրել է իր գործընկերներին, որ փոքր սլավոնական ժողովուրդները, եթե ուշադիր ուսումնասիրենք նրանց պատմական ուղին, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ փորձել են մի կողմ քաշվել և ստեղծել իրենց միությունները։ Նույն Լեհաստանը փորձում էր հակադրվել Ռուսաստանին, բայց միշտ մեծ սխալ էր թույլ տալիս։

«Ռուսաստանը և աշխարհը. երկխոսություններ - 2024. Ձգողականության ուժեր» VIII միջազգային գիտագործնական գիտաժողովը կտևի մայիսի 23-26-ը: Բայց հենց առաջին օրն այն գիտական ​​հանրության համար նշանավորվեց մեծ և նշանակալից նորությամբ. Ռուսաստանի կրթության և գիտության նախարարության միջազգային համագործակցության վարչության փոխտնօրեն Նիկոլայ Կուդրյավցևը հաստատեց ԵԱՏՄ երկրներից ռուսական բուհերում ուսանողների համար քվոտաների քանակի ավելացումը։ 2024–2025 ուսումնական տարիների համար հատկացվեց ավելի քան 300 ուսանող Միության երկրներից, ովքեր կկարողանան օգտվել այս հնարավորությունից, ընտրել լրացուցիչ մասնագիտական ​​կրթության, մագիստրատուրայի և ասպիրանտուրայի տարբեր ծրագրեր։
