Նանոմասնիկների ոլորտում ռուս գիտնականների առաջընթացը մեծացրել է արևային մարտկոցների ծառայության ժամկետը

Իոֆֆեի անվան Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ֆիզիկատեխնիկական համալսարանի և Ալմազովի անվան Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Ազգային բժշկական հետազոտական ​​կենտրոնի գիտնականները հաջողությամբ սինթեզել են եզակի նանոմասնիկներ և դրանք ներմուծել արևային մարտկոցների մեջ, ինչը զգալիորեն մեծացրել է արևային վահանակների ծառայության ժամկետը, գրում է pravda.ru-ն։

Ներկայումս արևային մարտկոցների արտադրությունն իրականացվում է սիլիցիումից, սակայն այդ մեթոդը բավականին թանկ է, և մարտկոցներն իրենք ունեն ցածր արդյունավետություն արևի ճառագայթումն էներգիայի վերածելու հարցում։ Սիլիցիումային տեխնոլոգիայի այլընտրանքը պերովսկիտի վրա հիմնված մարտկոցների արտադրությունն է, որոնք շատ առումներով գերազանցում են սիլիցիումայիններին, բայց ավելի արագ են քայքայվում, երբ ենթարկվում են թթվածնի ազդեցությանը:

Ըստ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ֆիզիկատեխնիկական համալսարանի գիտնական Ռոման Կրյուկովի պերովսկիտի (կալցիումի տիտանատ) հիման վրա ստեղծված արեգակնային բջիջներում ներկառուցված ածխածնային նանոմասնիկներն օգնում են լուծել մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնք ծագում են նման վահանակների արդյունաբերական շահագործման ընթացքում։ Բացի այդ, Կրյուկովը նշել է, որ նման բարդ կառուցվածքները, որոնք հիմնված են պերովսկիտների և ածխածնային քվանտային կետերի վրա, ապագայում լայն կիրառություն կունենան արևային բջիջների և ֆոտոդետեկտորների առաջադեմ բաղադրիչների ստեղծման գործում։ Ընդ որում դա կնվազեցնի Ռուսաստանի տեխնոլոգիական բացը համաշխարհային առաջատարներից։

Մասնագետներն արդեն ամբողջությամբ ուսումնասիրել և հաստատել են ածխածնային նանոմասնիկներով պերովսկիտային մարտկոցների բարձր արդյունավետությունը  դիմացկունության և կայունության առումով։ Նրանք ներկայումս մշակում են նման պերովսկիտային ծածկույթների թաղանթների ստեղծման այն տեխնիկան, որը թույլ կտա այդ տեխնոլոգիան օգտագործել արդյունաբերական մասշտաբներով:
