Երեկ ՀՀ կառավարությունն ըստ երևույթին լուծարեց Հայաստանի ազգային հետաքրքրությունների ֆոնդը ։ ANIF
Ֆոնդը ստեղծվել էր դեռ 2019 թվականին եվ իրենից ներկայացնում էր բավականին կասկածելի մի ներդրումային կոնսորցիում,որտեղ իբր թէ պետք է մշակվեին ՀՀ եվ գործընկերների համաֆինանսավորմամբ նախագծեր։ Նախագծերից գոնե երկուսը արդեն իսկ տապալված են շռնդալի կերպով՝այդ թվում ազգային ավիացիոն փոխադրողի եվ էներգետիկայի բնագավառի։ Ֆոնդի տնօրենների խորհրդի մեջ ամեն տիպի մարդ կար է՛լ Ֆրանսիայի ՆԳ նախարար, է՛լ լատինամերիկյան ինչ որ ֆինանսիստներ, հետագայում տնօրենների ցանկում հայտնվեցին Մհեր Գրիգորյանի եվ մյուս փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակի ղեկավարները ,իսկ ամենասյուռեալիստականը,դա Անի Իսպիրյան փորձագետի հայտնվելն էր տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնում։ Դա այն նույն կինն է,որը էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարար էր եվ կարծես հիմա գտնվում է քննչական գործողության շրջանակում։Այս խայտաբղետ ֆոնդի ղեկավար էր ինչ որ մի շրջան նաև ՀՀՇ կուսակցական ,Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Փափազյանի որդին,որը հետագայում տեղափոխվեց flyarna ընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ։Ֆոնդում բավականին բարձր դիրք ուներ նախկին արդարադատության նախարարի դուստրը եվ էլի բազմաթիվ մասնագետ կոչեցյալները, որոնց աշխատանքի արդյունքները հիասթափեցնող են ,մեղմ ասած։ Միլիոնավոր դրամների աշխատավարձ ստացող անձիք վեց տարի շարունակ պարզապես կթել են ֆոնդը եվ տապալել աշխատանքը։ Կարծում եմ ապագա իշխանափոխությունից հետո պետք է օբյեկտիվ մանրակրկիտ քննության ,աուդիտի ենթարկել ֆոնդի աշխատանքը,աշխատավարձի,բոնուսների վճարման կառուցվածքը,պետական եվ ներգրավված վարկային միջոցների օգտագործման արդյունավետությունը։ Կոպեկ առ կոպեկ փոշիացված ֆինանսները ետ են բերվելու։
