Բագրատ Սրբազանի առաջնորդությամբ՝ ավտոշարասյունը Երևանից շարժվել է Կիրանց

Նախօրեին «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժումն առաջնորդող Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպխիսկոպոս Գալստնյանը հայտարարել էր այսօր Կիրանց մեկնելու մասին։

Կիրանցում այս պահին մեծաթիվ ոստիկանական ուժեր են կուտակված։

Արդեն իսկ Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդի գլխավորած շարժման մասնակիցները Երեւանից շարժվել են դեպի Կիրանց:

Հիշեցնենք՝ մայիսի 15-ին Կիրանցում սահմանազատման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրությունից ու կառավարության պարզաբանումից հետո կիրանցիները կրկին ճանապարհ էին փակել, հանդիպել Տավուշի մարզպետի հետ՝ հայտնելով իրենց դժգոհությունը, քանի որ գյուղը կիսվում է, ադրբեջանական կողմին են մնում նաև մ քանի կիրանցիների տներ։

Մայիսի 15-ին ԱԳՆ բավականին ուշ ժամի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել էր, որ կայացել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման հարցերով պետական հանձնաժողովների իններորդ հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում  Հայաստանի Բաղանիս, Ադրբեջանի Բաղանիս-Այրում, Հայաստանի Ոսկեպար, Ադրբեջանի Աշաղը Ասկիպարա, Հայաստանի Կիրանց, Ադրբեջանի Խեյրեմլի, Հայաստանի Բերքաբեր, Ադրբեջանի Կըզըլ Հաջիլի գյուղերի հատվածներում սահմանի նկարագրություն-արձանագրությունները համաձայնեցվել են ԽՍՀՄ Զինված ուժերի Գլխավոր շտաբի 1976 թվականի իրավական հիմք ունեցող տոպոգրաֆիական քարտեզների հիման վրա, ստորագրվել է արձանագրություն։ Նաև հայտնել են կառավարությունից, որ «Կիրանցի համար նպաստավոր լուրը մասնավորապես այն է, որ մոտ 25 հեկտար գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողեր, որոնք վերջին 33 տարում անհասանելի են եղել Կիրանցի համար, կվերադարձվեն գյուղին։ Սահմանի նկարագրությունն այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին կա 1976 թվականի քարտեզով: Ինչպես ասվել է, ճանապարհի տեղափոխման խնդիր, այո, առաջանալու է, որը հնարավոր է իրականացնել 2-3 ամսում: Կհիմնանորոգվի նաև  Հ-26 ավտոճանապարհից դեպի Աճարկուտ, ապա Կիրանց տանող ճանապարհը, որն այլընտրանքային է Կիրանցի համար: Ինչ վերաբերում է գույքային հարցերին, դրանց ծավալը մեծ չի լինի, և կառավարությունը բոլոր նման դեպքերում կփոխհատուցի քաղաքացիների կրած վնասները, ըստ նրանց նախընտրության գույքային կամ ֆինանսական եղանակով: Կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները առավոտից արդեն կգույքագրեն հնարավոր խնդիրները և կսկսեն քննարկումները Կիրանցի բնակիչների հետ»։
