Առաջին զանգը` Մհեր Գրիգորյանի համար

Հանդիպել են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովները, որոնք արձանագրություն են ստորագրել։

Ապրիլի 19-ին փոխվարչապետեր` Մհեր Գրիգորյանը և Շահին Մուսաֆաևը պայմանավորվել էին արձանագրությունը ստորագրել մայիսի 15-ին։ Միայն կեսգիշերին մոտ հայտնի դարձավ, որ հանդիպումը կայացել է, արձանագրությունն էլ` ստորագրվել։

Վարչապետի աշխատակազմից շտապել էին պարզաբանում տարածել՝ նշելով, թե մինչ այս պահը իրականացված սահմանազատումը եղել է ի օգուտ հայկական կողմի և թե Կիրանցում մոտ 25 հեկտար գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողեր, որոնք վերջին 33 տարում անհասանելի են եղել` կվերադարձվեն գյուղին։

Ընդամենը փոքրիկ շեշտադրում է արվել, որ Կիրանցի հատվածում ճանապարհի տեղափոխման խնդիր է առաջանալու, որը հնարավոր է իրականացնել 2-3 ամսում։ Սահմանազատման այս արձանագրությամբ Կիրանցի 2 տներ հայտնվելու են Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, իսկ այդ տներում բնակվողներին գույքային կամ ֆինանսական փոխհատուցում է տրվելու։

Գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են սահմանազատումն իրականացնել ԽՍՀՄ ԶՈՒԳՇ 1976 թվականի քարտեզի հիման վրա, այսպես կոչված` Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիմքով, ինչը` նշենք, քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է, դրա վերաբերյալ բազմիցս մասնագետները ներկայացրել են իրենց կարծիքները։ Ավելին, երեկ դատախազությունն ընթացք է տվել «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության ներկայացրած հաղորդմանը։

Ըստ «Հայաքվեի»՝ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի կողմից գլխավորած սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովը գերազանցում է իր լիազորությունները։ Հայցն այնպիսի իրավական ամրություն է ունեցել, որ դատախազությունը չի կարողացել մերժել այն։

Այժմ ընթացք են տվել և սպասում են, թե ինչ զարգացումներ տեղի կունենան։ Ըստ էության` ակնհայտ է, որ Փաշինյանը սահմանազատման գործընթացը կապելով փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գլխին` նրանից փորձելու է, ի վերջո, «քավության նոխազ» կերտել։ Թե ինչով է մտածում Մհեր Գրիգորյանը` հայտնի չէ։
