«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեն էկոնոմիկայի արդեն նախկին նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործով ավարտական փուլի մեջ է գտնվում, եւ դատելով իրավիճակից՝ առաջիկայում գործով նախաքննության ավարտ կհայտարարվի:

Հիշեցնենք, որ էկոնոմիկայի արդեն նախկին նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանին «Սիներջիի» վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, եւ նա գտնվում է տնային կալանքի տակ փետրվարի 16-ից:

Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության կարիքների համար ծառայության ձեռքբերման մրցույթի ընթացքում կատարված առերեւույթ չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթով, քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել 8 անձի նկատմամբ։

Մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության մի շարք պաշտոնատար անձինք, իրենց ղեկավար պաշտոնատար անձի հանձնարարությամբ, մրցույթի ընթացքում հանդիպումներ ու հեռախոսազրույցներ են ունեցել «Ս» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների հետ, նրանց հետ քննարկել մրցույթի պայմանները, ընդհուպ՝ նրանց տրամադրել մրցակից «Հ» հիմնադրամի կողմից հանձնաժողովին ներկայացված փաստաթղթերը եւ նրանց օժանդակությամբ՝ մրցույթի ընթացքում սահմանել այնպիսի նոր կամ փոփոխված պայմաններ, որոնց հիմնադրամի ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերը կարող են դիտվել չհամապատասխանող՝ հնարավորություն տալով ընկերությանը հեռացնել մրցույթից: Սույն քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ են ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի եղբոր կինը՝ Անի Գեւորգյանը, «Սիներջի» ընկերության ղեկավար Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանը եւ այլ անձինք»։
