Եկել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյան հրեշի մերժման ժամանակը. Ավետիք Չալաբյան

«Դատարանի կողմից ըստ էության դատաքննություն չի իրականացվել»,- մայիսի 6-ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում կայացած դատական նիստի ավարտից հետո Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնող խմբի համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրեն մեղսագրված արարքը որևէ կերպ պատճառաբանված չէ․

«Ըստ էության՝ դատարանն ուղղակի համարել է, որ նախաքննության ընթացքում եղած տարբեր կցկտուր փաստերի հիման վրա, ինքը կարող է գալ այդ եզրակացության, բայց նույնիսկ չպատճառաբանելով և պատճառաբանական կողմն ապահովելով։ Հիմա, երբ Վերաքննիչ դատարանում հնարավորություն կա ամեն ինչ համակարգված ներկայացնելու, որի հնարավորությունը չկար Առաջին ատյանի դատարանում, մենք, մեր փաստաբանները կարողացան հիմնավոր ներկայացնել, որ սա քաղաքականացված գործընթաց է եղել, որի նպատակը եղել է ինձ ազատազրկելը և հասարակության աչքերում սևացնելը...»։

Ավետիք Չալաբյանն անդրադարձավ նաև Բագրատ Սրբազանի գլխավորությամբ Տավուշից մեկնարկած շարժմանը, որին հենց առաջին օրը միացավ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը։

«Առանցքում ազգային ազատագրական պայքարի հարցն է, մենք համակերպվո՞ւմ ենք մեր հայրենիքի հետագա հանձման հետ, թե՞ ոչ։ Այս իշխանությունը, որը փորձում է մարդկանց որակումներ տալ, թող առաջին հերթին հիշի հետևյալը՝ ինքն Արցախը հանձնած իշխանություն է և հիմա Հայաստանը հանձնող իշխանություն է...»,- նշեց Չալաբյանը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վաղը՝ մայիսի 7-ին, մամուլի ասուլիս է հրավիրել։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին հարցրեցինք՝ պատահակա՞ն էր այս փուլում հրատապ կարգով ասուլիս հրավիրելը, ի՞նչ խնդիր է փորձում լուծել Փաշինյանը։

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, սովորաբար՝ մամուլի ասուլիս է հրավիրում, երբ հերթական աղետալի նորությունն ունի մեր ժողովրդի համար։ Պարզապես դա փորձում է փաթեթավորել իրավիճակի միակ հնարավոր լուծումը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերածվել է այն հրեշին, որի դեմ ինքը պայքարում էր։ Մեզ պետք է այդ հրեշին մերժել։ Իր մերժման ժամանակն է եկել, ոչ թե մեկնաբանելու։ Խորհուրդ կտայի այլևս չմեկնաբանել հրեշին, հրեշից պետք է ազատվել։ Հրեշից ազատվելով, պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի մեր գլխին նորից հրեշ չբերենք...»,- եզրափակեց Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։
